In the face of extreme and severe weather, enterprises should pay close attention to lightning, rainstorm and other extreme weather conditions. According to the early warning information released by relevant government departments, enterprises should do a good job in the prevention and response work of various production safety accidents caused by heavy rainfall, lightning and other natural disasters, so as to achieve early warning, early preparation and early prevention. According to the characteristics of increasing rainfall in flood season, frequent occurrence of lightning, rainstorm, strong wind and other disaster weather, the key parts such as staff dormitory, warehouse, distribution room, high-voltage line, production workshop, production equipment and other key parts which are easily affected by strong wind, rainstorm landslide, collapse, flood, debris flow and other geological disasters are taken in advance. During the period of disastrous weather, the construction of projects under construction shall be stopped firmly to prevent the occurrence of construction accidents.

1. In case of rainstorm and flood, it is not necessary to require all staff to be on duty. Instead, it is necessary to organize personnel to evacuate to safe areas and actively respond to the situation in the next stage.

Under the condition of ensuring safety, enterprises should try to get through their surrounding channels, use their own communication facilities, information release facilities and outdoor facilities, release information to the outside world, and inform themselves of their own safety situation, personnel situation, available sites and materials.

6. If possible, try to ensure that water, grain, food and sanitary supplies are well reserved in advance. In the case of ensuring their own safety, provide help to surrounding enterprises.
