Adhering to the concept of "no backwardness in 10 years" of project construction, Hengli has set a high starting point strategy, high standard planning, high-quality construction, high-level start-up and efficient management, which has created the industry record of the world's petrochemical industry in terms of engineering construction speed, whole process start-up and production speed, and has become the benchmark for high-quality development of the industry. In the petrochemical sector, the PTA project of Hengli (Dalian Changxing Island) Industrial Park has an annual production capacity of 12 million tons. In the new polyester materials sector, Hengli Group has the world's leading technology and equipment, with an annual polymerization capacity of 5 million tons. In the textile sector, as a vertical extension of the group's industrial chain, Hengli Textile has more than 40000 production equipment and a production capacity of more than 4 billion meters / year. Hengli Group has built five industrial bases in Suzhou, Suqian, Nantong, Dalian and Yingkou, and is building new industrial bases in Luzhou and Yulin.

Chen Xinwei affirmed Hengli Group's achievements in practicing national strategy, stimulating local economy and boosting high-quality development of textile and chemical fiber industry; The development trends of chemical fiber industry during the "14th five year plan" period, such as intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, industrial layout and development planning of Hengli group were also discussed.
