Proposal on joint efforts to create high quality domestic wool resources
Focusing on the industrial vision of building a world textile fashion power, enabling economic development with science and technology, jointly cultivating and promoting high-quality domestic wool resources, and enhancing China's voice, China Textile Engineering Society, Bayannur Municipal People's government, China Wool Textile Industry Association, China Livestock Products Circulation Association, Jiangsu Sunshine Group Co., Ltd The testing center of China Textile Industry Federation jointly issued the initiative of "self reliance and self-improvement, joint efforts to create high-quality domestic wool resources"
1、 On the premise of meeting the quality requirements, we should give priority to the use of domestic fine wool, actively explore the path of using domestic wool to produce high value-added products, so as to promote the quality improvement of China's fine wool and the improvement of sheep breeds.
2、 Further attention should be paid to the protection of germplasm resources of fine cashmere goats, scientific cultivation should be carried out, quality degradation of high-quality cashmere should be restrained, species diversity should be protected, sufficient germplasm gene bank should be provided for breeding work, and high-quality cashmere should be kept in the leading position in the world.
3、 We should stick to the bottom line of self-discipline in all links of the whole industrial chain, adhere to high quality and good price, and put an end to fake and shoddy products; At the same time, we should actively develop scientific, accurate and convenient detection technology to protect the interests of farmers and processors in an all-round way.
4、 It is suggested that institutions with talent, technology and channel advantages should gather in the main production areas of fluff, and create high-quality seed source base and wool processing cluster base with various characteristics, so as to ensure the virtuous circle of industrial chain and realize the healthy development of regional economy.
5、 We should practice the innovative development concept, firmly establish the brand awareness, call for scientific breeding, systematic management, optimize quality, implement the traceability system as soon as possible, and create local high-quality brand products.
We sincerely hope that the vast number of farmers, circulation departments, production enterprises, government departments, professional institutions, news media and all walks of life will care about and support the development of China's wool resources, and work together to create new advantages for the development of the industry.
