Under the continuous upgrading, the single product category of the enterprise has been unable to keep up with the market demand. In May last year, the enterprise carried out a radical transformation and upgrading, invested more than 40 million yuan to renovate and expand the original factory, and invested 120 million yuan to purchase new equipment such as warp knitting machine, weft knitting machine and texturing machine. At present, 80% of the production line has been opened.

At present, all kinds of fabrics produced by the enterprise have been widely used in clothing, automobile interior decoration, home decoration, industrial base cloth and other industries. Although it has not been fully put into production, thanks to the excellent product quality, the enterprise has received 80 million yuan orders from South Africa, India, Pakistan and other places, and the production plan has been arranged until October this year“ It is expected that all the equipment will be put into operation at the end of the month, with a daily output of 85 tons, an annual output of more than 30000 tons, and an annual output value of 500 million yuan.
