Keqiao: Establishment Of Strategic Decision Making Advisory Committee On Regional Public Brand Of Textiles
In order to further accelerate the construction of regional textile public brand "Keqiao optimization", the first plenary meeting of the strategic decision-making advisory committee of textile regional public brand was held in Keqiao district administrative center on August 19.
Keqiao district government office, publicity department, Finance Bureau, Commerce Bureau, market supervision bureau, Textile City Co., Ltd., development and management group, textile city construction and Management Committee, Shaoxing customs supervision and control division, and all members of textile regional public brand strategic decision-making advisory committee attended the meeting. Chen Hao, deputy secretary of Keqiao district Party committee and district chief, delivered a speech at the meeting. The meeting was presided over by deputy district director of Keqiao district.
Keqiao Textile industry has a long history, solid foundation, complete industrial chain, unique advantages of "market + printing and dyeing", and is striving to build a world-class modern textile industrial cluster and an international textile capital in the new era. Although China Light and textile city is the largest textile distribution center in the world, the problem of lack of famous brand products is becoming increasingly obvious. It is urgent to promote the development of industrial brand from the strategic level by implementing the "brand strategy", and vigorously guide enterprises from the simple "production and processing enterprises" and "surface and auxiliary materials suppliers" to aggregate material innovation, process innovation and so on The transformation of "brand partner" with new products, leading the overall improvement of the industry, and promoting the construction of "Keqiao optimization" of textile regional public brand has become the top priority of Keqiao district.
At the meeting, Fang Meili read out the list of members of the strategic decision-making advisory committee of textile regional public brand. The decision-making advisory committee will hold meetings from time to time to evaluate or make decision-making suggestions on regional public brand development strategy, standard system, communication and marketing. Chen Hao presented letters of appointment to Jiang Jianping, chairman of the decision-making advisory committee, and Wu Haiyan and Shen Lei, vice chairman of the Committee.
Feng Hualin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of China Light and textile city and director of the city construction and Management Committee of light and Textile City, reported the progress of the preparatory work for the construction of regional public brand of textiles and the main issues of decision-making consultation. Feng Hualin introduced that Keqiao district has set up a special class and preparatory group for "Keqiao optimization" of textile regional public brands. Since its formal operation, the preparatory group has effectively promoted the preliminary work of regional textile public brand strategy from the aspects of investigation and research, trademark registration, standard formulation, packaging improvement and brand cultivation, and some of them have made progress and achieved phased results.
Feng Hualin said that at present, the establishment of regional textile public brand is still in the stage of investigation and research and overall structure design, and is facing decision-making research on the path and strategy of regional public brand creation, the selection of operation mode, the construction of standards and evaluation system, and the overall improvement of the image of textile packaging.
The participants exchanged and discussed the theme, decision-making and consultation matters of the meeting. Representatives of all parties fully affirmed the establishment of regional public brand of textiles, and suggested that starting from the theoretical system, by clarifying the positioning, objectives and objects of brand building, and on the basis of summarizing the original difficulties and problems, clarify the customer groups and needs, and combine with the digital and cross regional global links, from the standard construction, industry, city, culture and tourism, and Design trends and other aspects promote the construction of regional public brands, and constantly expand the competitiveness of Keqiao.
After fully affirming the work of the previous stage, Chen Hao pointed out that creating regional public brand of textiles is the internal requirement for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of China's light and textile city and building an international textile city. All departments and enterprises in all industries should be brave in innovation and actively explore and practice.
He stressed that it is necessary to form a consensus on brand strategy, combine the advantages of industrial development, innovate business model, and unswervingly promote brand strategy. We should give full play to the role of the decision-making advisory committee, support the decision-making advisory committee to participate in project research, standard formulation, platform operation, marketing planning, planning scheme design, etc., and promote the influence of "Keqiao optimization"; It is necessary to formulate brand development plan, formulate clear goals, vision, tasks and measures according to the short-term, medium-term and long-term, systematically sort out existing resources, and focus on key areas and breakthrough direction; It is necessary to formulate standards scientifically, improve the credibility and recognition of standards, and build a leading and perfect standard system in the industry; We should attach importance to brand operation and establish an objective and fair mechanism of brand access and exit, classification and grading, evaluation and feedback; We should pay close attention to the brand management, strengthen the quality supervision, strictly control the admittance threshold, stabilize the product quality and enhance the brand identification; We should do a good job in brand marketing, strengthen brand cultural connotation, promote the integration into the pattern of double circulation, continuously polish the quality base, and strive to build "Keqiao optimization" into a "domestic leading and international first-class" regional public textile brand.
