VDMA German Textile Machinery Association Will Hold Webinar On Textile Reinforced Concrete
In order to explore the important role of new textile materials in the future development of sustainable architecture, VDMA will hold a webinar on "textile reinforced concrete: the future of sustainable architecture" from 20:00 to 21:00 on September 2, Beijing time.
Concrete is the most used material in the global construction industry, but it is also a major driver of carbon dioxide emissions. Textile concrete is superior to traditional reinforced concrete in economy and function. Due to the corrosion-free properties of textile reinforced materials, textile concrete products are lighter and thinner, and the consumption of concrete required can be reduced by up to 80% compared with classic reinforced concrete.
In this VDMA textile machinery network lecture, experts from the school of textile technology, Aachen University of technology, Dr. Magdalena kimm, Dr. solidian, Dr. Christian kulas and Dr. Raina industries and Dr. mohit Raina will focus on this topic.
This webinar is also the beginning of VDMA's focus on sustainable technology of circular economy. VDMA German Textile Machinery Association will organize several network lecture activities from this autumn to carry out more exchanges with the industry.
