On August 30, Youngor released the 2021 semi annual report. The group's fashion segment achieved an operating revenue of 3.507 billion yuan, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 651 million yuan, up 22.35% and 64.77% respectively year-on-year. Among them, the operating revenue of brand clothing is 3.061 billion yuan.
Youngor Group mainly includes the men's clothing brand Youngor, hANP hemp family, mayor and outdoor brand Hart Schaffner Marx. During the financial reporting period, the main brands Youngor and the sub brands hANP and mayor maintained stable growth, and hartschaffner Marx was also adjusting its brand positioning and product series.
Based on the existing diversified brand matrix, Youngor continues to strengthen the brand strategy and explore the development path of brand internationalization and talent diversification.
In January, Youngor fashion (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. was set up to further strengthen the operation of fashion clothing industry. It reached a cooperation agreement with Helly Hanson, a Norwegian brand specializing in high-end outdoor clothing such as navigation and skiing. It plans to open and operate in domestic high-end shopping centers in the second half of the year to reach new consumer groups with new brands and new operation modes, Create a new growth pole.
In terms of channels, we should speed up the pace of opening and closing big and small stores, settle in places with large flow and good location, and accelerate the closing speed of shops with small scale and poor location. During the reporting period, there were 50 new stores and 128 closed stores. The number of various outlets was 2293, which was 78 less than that at the beginning of the year; The business area is 496200 square meters.
In the face of the continuous improvement of online penetration rate in the clothing industry, Youngor established Kuafu Technology Co., Ltd. to gather the advantages of multi platform development, and use new tools and modes such as live broadcast to promote the high-quality development of online channels, and achieved 47.19% growth rate of e-commerce.
Under the business pattern of multi product and multi brand strategic coordination, Youngor adheres to innovation driven, continues to make efforts in brand, product and channel, and continues to consolidate its position in the industry.
