The Fifth Extended List Of Goods Subject To Additional Tariff On The United States Was Announced
With the approval of the State Council, the Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the fifth extension list of the exclusion of goods subject to additional tariff imposed on the United States According to the notice of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the third extended list of excluded goods from the United States (notice of the Tax Commission [2021] No. 2), the period of exclusion shall be extended. From September 17, 2021 to April 16, 2022, no additional tariffs imposed by us 301 measures shall be imposed.
