Attention: The Guiding Opinions On The Work Of Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage During The 14Th Five Year Plan Period Will Be Released Soon

　　 In order to implement the spirit of the opinions on Further Strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritage issued by the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council, and to implement the work requirements of the outline for the development of the textile industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period on Revitalizing Traditional Culture and traditional crafts, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office of China Textile Industry Federation compiled the "14th five year plan" plan The guiding opinions on the work of textile intangible cultural heritage (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinions) will be released soon. This is the first time that the industrial guidance on the work of textile intangible cultural heritage has been compiled in the planning style.

　　 Since the 13th five year plan, the textile industry has made some achievements in finding out intangible cultural heritage resources, strengthening organization construction, building communication platform, cultivating inheritance team, integrating design and brand, helping poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, promoting industrialization and market-oriented development, etc., which has become a more active part of national intangible cultural heritage cause, and has been widely recognized by governments and society at all levels. During the "14th five year plan" period, under the background that the party and the state attach great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the national economic, social and cultural undertakings are stepping into a new development journey, the textile industry will further adhere to the creative development and innovative transformation of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and strengthen the goal orientation and path selection of systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the development of intangible cultural heritage in textile industry during the 13th Five Year Plan period and analyzing the situation and development trend of external environment in the next five years, the guiding opinions specifically defined the overall thinking, working objectives, key tasks and safeguard measures for the development of intangible cultural heritage in textile industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The guiding opinions will be approved by experts and officially released in the Fifth China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference in mid November.
