SZ) announced that the company received the confirmation letter of securities transfer registration issued by Shenzhen Branch of China securities registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. on November 17, 2021, 27.6 million shares (0.6476% of the company's existing total shares) held by the company's special repurchase securities account had been transferred to the 2021 ESOP securities account on November 16, 2021. The transfer quantity and price of the above shares are consistent with the contents deliberated and approved by the general meeting of shareholders of the company. The lock-in period of shares transferred by the ESOP in 2021 is from November 16, 2021 to November 15, 2022.

After the completion of the non transaction transfer, the company still has 15.5891 million shares in the special securities account for later employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive.
