Cashmere Industry Cluster: Lingwu Held A Forum On Industrial Development Between Government And Enterprises

On December 2, Lingwu held a government enterprise Forum on cashmere industry development in Yinchuan high tech Zone Management Committee.

At the forum, the person in charge of Inner Mongolia Luwang cashmere Co., Ltd. shared his advanced experience in the development of cashmere industry. The leaders of each cashmere enterprise in Lingwu exchanged with the person in charge of Inner Mongolia Luwang cashmere Co., Ltd. in view of the problems existing in the enterprises, jointly solved the bottleneck of industrial development, discussed good strategies for the rapid development of enterprises, and promoted win-win results Common progress.

It is understood that in order to effectively prevent and resolve the risk of cashmere industry, our city, in accordance with the overall requirements of "protecting industry, preventing risk and ensuring growth", and centering on the basic ideas of "slimming down production, reducing debt and hematopoiesis, optimizing restructuring", accelerate the restructuring and upgrading of cashmere enterprises such as Rongchang cashmere industry and Jiayuan cashmere industry, promote the diversified development of small and micro cashmere enterprises, and gradually revitalize all sectors of the park. At the same time, domestic leading enterprises such as Xinao cashmere, Shunchang flax, jappel knitting and other domestic leading enterprises have successively entered the park, accelerating the formation of industrial cluster development pattern, and making Lingwu cashmere industry present a good development momentum.

From January to October 2021, 21 production enterprises in the modern textile industrial park produced 662.73 tons of cashmere, 1294.27 tons of cashmere yarn and 1.0848 million pieces of knitwear, with a total industrial output value of 1.033 billion yuan, up 169.71% year-on-year. Among them, the total industrial output value of Enterprises above Designated Size reached 858 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 253.2%. It is estimated that the total industrial output value of Enterprises above Designated Size will reach 1.2 billion yuan in 2021, with a year-on-year increase of 67.83%. In addition, the city adopts the way of "the government sets up the stage and the enterprises sing the opera" to build the employment platform for the enterprises and the unemployed in the park, and spare no effort to solve the problem of enterprise employment, so that the number of in-service employees of enterprises in the park has increased from 1475 at the end of 2019 to nearly 3000 now.
