Attention: Ministry Of Industry And Information Technology Issued The "14Th Five Year Plan" Industrial Green Development Plan
By 2025, remarkable achievements will be made in the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structure and production mode. Green and low-carbon technology and equipment will be widely used, the efficiency of energy and resources utilization will be greatly improved, and the level of green manufacturing will be comprehensively improved, which will lay a solid foundation for the carbon peak in the industrial field by 2030. Among them, the intensity of carbon emissions continued to decline, and carbon dioxide emissions per unit of industrial added value decreased by 18%. Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the "fourteenth five year plan" industrial green development plan (hereinafter referred to as the "plan"), which describes the blueprint for the "14th five year" industrial green development.
The plan proposes to promote the green and low-carbon development of traditional industries and accelerate the green upgrading and transformation of textile and light industries.
In terms of promoting the recycling transformation of resource utilization, the plan proposes to promote the high-value recycling of renewable resources. It is necessary to cultivate leading backbone enterprises of recycling utilization of major renewable resources such as waste plastics and waste textiles, promote the gathering of resource elements to superior enterprises, and promote the high-value utilization of renewable resources relying on the technology and equipment of superior enterprises.
In terms of water resources conservation and utilization, the plan proposes to strengthen the formulation and revision of industrial water-saving standards, carry out water efficiency benchmarking, and set up a model of industrial water-saving. By 2025, we will select 50 water efficiency "leader" enterprises in high water consumption industries such as papermaking, food, textile printing and dyeing, and create water-saving benchmark.
In terms of clean production transformation projects in key industries, the plan proposes to implement technology and equipment transformation for textile industry, such as dyeing with small bath ratio, sizing and weaving without polyvinyl alcohol, green pulping of regenerated cellulose fiber, supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dyeing, open width dyeing of knitted fabrics, continuous dyeing with less water for polyester fabrics.
