　　 On November 3, the general office of the Ministry of ecological environment issued the comprehensive list of environmental protection (2021 Edition) (hereinafter referred to as the directory (2021 Edition). The directory (2021 Edition) contains the list of "high pollution and high environmental risk" products (hereinafter referred to as "double high" products) and the list of key environmental protection equipment, including 932 "double high" products, 159 products excluding process, and 79 key environmental protection equipment. Among 932 "double high" products, 326 products with "high pollution" characteristics, 223 products with "high environmental risk" characteristics, and 383 products with dual characteristics of "high pollution" and "high environmental risk".

　　 The list covers "high pollution" textile products, including cotton printing and dyeing finishing, wool weaving, hemp fiber pre-processing and spinning, silk reeling processing, chemical fiber weaving processing, chemical fiber fabric dyeing and finishing processing, woven clothing manufacturing, synthetic fiber monomer (polymer) manufacturing, acrylic fiber manufacturing, spandex fiber manufacturing and other industries. Textile products with "high pollution and high environmental risk" are involved in the field of synthetic fiber monomer (polymer) manufacturing.

　　 It is understood that according to the work deployment of the State Council, in June 2007, the former State Environmental Protection Administration issued the product list of "high pollution and high environmental risk". According to the work needs and with the approval of the State Council, the name was changed to the comprehensive environmental protection directory. As of 2018, a total of 11 versions of the comprehensive list of environmental protection were released.

　　 According to the Ministry of ecology and environment, the purpose of launching the directory (2021 Edition) is to deepen the battle of pollution prevention and control, adhere to the new development concept, resolutely curb the blind development of high energy consumption and high emission projects, further improve the "double high" product list, propose the exclusion process and pollution prevention equipment, promote the application in finance, taxation, trade and other fields, and guide enterprises to upgrade their technology, Promote the green transformation and development of enterprises in key industries. The Ministry of ecology and environment will continue to promote the implementation and application of the directory (2021 Edition), strengthen the assistance and guidance for enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of key industries.

　　 The list has been printed and distributed to the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of finance, the General Administration of customs, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant government departments, as well as local ecological and environmental departments for use in their work.
