       The project has initially established the process flow related to the preparation of cellulose nonwoven filter protection materials by Lyocell melt blowing, and developed the synthesis and subsequent finishing process flow of quaternary ammonium cationic finishing agent suitable for cellulose fiber covalent modification, which has endowed the cellulose membrane with broad-spectrum and high-efficiency antibacterial function and virus killing and protection.
       Based on the carbonization of viscose fiber, the activated carbon fiber membrane with good mechanical properties and adsorption and barrier properties was obtained; Based on the iso18184:2019 standard, the method and technology platform for detecting the anti coronavirus activity of fabrics were preliminarily established, and the mechanism of high infectivity of new coronavirus was explored and analyzed.
       The project applied for one Chinese invention patent; Two journal papers and two conference papers were published.

       02 The "Structural design and key preparation technology of bio based recyclable protective materials"

       The project adopts the preparation of biodegradable materials and key composite technology, the preparation technology of high-efficiency and low resistance electrospun nano fiber membrane, the composite production technology of multi-functional composite protective materials, and the design of superhydrophobic crepe fabric process in combination with the lotus leaf structure, and develops a protective mask with the characteristics of low filtration resistance, high filtration efficiency, environmental protection, pollution resistance and easy washing, The filtration efficiency is 99% and the filtration resistance is less than 150pa.
       The project achievements applied for 3 related patents and published 3 papers.

       03 "Study on the formation, structure and properties of flash spun UHMWPE nanofibers for medical and health protection materials"
       Xia Lei, Tianjin University of Technology
       In this project, UHMWPE was used as raw material to prepare nanofibers and nonwovens for medical and health protection by flash spinning process. The forming theory of nanofibers was studied, including numerical simulation of mass and heat transfer in phase transition process, mathematical model of spinning flow field and super drawing forming theory. The homogeneous spinning solution system was constructed, the pressure stability control and monitoring system in the kettle were developed, the high-temperature and high-pressure spinning solution transmission technology was overcome, the flash spinning components, high-speed separation and meshing device were developed, and the small-scale production equipment was developed. The performance of medical and health flash nonwovens was evaluated. The indexes met the expected requirements and completed the task indexes specified in the project.
       During the implementation of the project, 2 doctors and 2 masters were trained, 1 paper was published and 2 invention patents were applied.

       04 "Research on wearable electrocardiographic monitoring suit (12 lead) and its diagnosis system in severe epidemic situation"

       The project is a joint research and development project of the system. By using the system design scheme of multi-disciplinary collaborative research, the non-interference "through" inspection clothing and its system software and hardware platform based on multiple signs information are constructed, and shape memory high-strength materials with specific functions are designed and prepared, In this paper, we designed a personalized model for evaluating the quality of cardiopulmonary disease and respiratory disease risk index based on heart rate variability and respiratory characteristic value. We studied the core electrode materials and some system software of 12 lead ECG monitoring suit and early warning system. We developed 12 lead ECG monitoring clothing and carried out clinical test and application.
       The project has published 10 academic papers, including 8 SCI papers and 2 EI papers, including 1 highly cited ESI paper and 1 ESI hot paper. Two invention patents were applied for, one invention patent was authorized, and five software copyrights related to ECG monitoring were approved. A group standard of ECG suit based on ECG monitoring was established.

       05 "Development and industrialization of high efficiency antibacterial and antiviral polyester fiber"

       Focusing on the key technologies of nano silver long-term antibacterial solution and high load zirconium phosphate silver carrier batch preparation, the project has developed high load nano zirconium phosphate silver loading powder preparation, efficient dispersion antibacterial masterbatch preparation, and high-efficiency cutting dispersion technology of ball hole dynamic mixer. The project has developed polyester fiber and fabric with antibacterial and antiviral function, The results show that the particle size of the silver loaded zirconium phosphate powder is about 0.5um, the particle size is controllable, the long-term antibacterial and the loading amount of silver is more than 5%. It can meet the stable production demand of ultra-fine denier polyester antibacterial and antiviral fiber. The physical property test index, antibacterial and antiviral properties of the product meet the requirements of relevant national testing standards, and mass production and industrialization are carried out.

       06 The "Industrial research and application of soft support nanofiber membrane mask materials for emergency protection"

       According to the established relationship between shear and PTFE microstructure, the project invented a high shear profile extrusion die; According to the influence of molecular weight of raw materials on fiber size, the processing technology of PTFE fiber membrane with nodeless, micro nano fiber hybrid structure was formed by raw material blending technology. The preparation technology of environment-friendly hard core soft shell adhesive and micro droplet atomization spray technology were invented, which solved the problems of low strength, poor wear resistance and poor adhesion of high efficiency and low resistance PTFE fiber film. Two kinds of soft support processing technologies suitable for micro nano PTFE fiber membrane, such as flexible reinforced PP spunbonded and double-layer wet nonwovens, were invented.
       The project has independent intellectual property rights, and has obtained 4 invention patents, including 1 invention patent. Led one "made in Zhejiang" project and participated in one group standard T / zfb004-2020 "children's mask".
       The project has built 3 PTFE fiber membrane production lines, 5 composite production lines and 4 soft support production lines. The process and equipment operation is safe and stable, and the large-scale production of high-efficiency and low resistance PTFE fiber membrane is realized.

       07 "Preparation and protection evaluation of reusable all polyester medical protective clothing"

       The project has developed the key technologies of industrial production, such as three proofing finishing of reusable medical protective clothing fabrics and clothing sewing; Using spunbonded and spunlaced process, the non-woven fabric of polyester orange petal type was produced; The processing technology of protective clothing was innovated to meet the application requirements of reusable medical protective clothing; A production line of reusable medical protective clothing has been built; Achieve a sales value of more than 5 million yuan.
