Recently, 50 clothing business enterprises jointly launched a proposal to express the relevant demands on the plight of rent. Specifically:

1. If the store is closed during the epidemic period, the rent during the closing period will be reduced or reduced;

2. If the store is not closed during the epidemic period, but the area is classified as medium and high risk area, the rent will be reduced, the rent will be postponed through negotiation, and the rent will be changed from season to month;

If only 26% of the enterprises can keep up with the current situation in the last three months, they can not get the support of the current situation.

In addition to self-help, brand merchants have placed a lot of expectations on the industry's support and rescue policy. It includes rent relief, loan interest rate reduction, tax incentives, social security and other labor costs, preferential support for water and electricity, and subsidies for epidemic prevention costs. Among them, leasing has become the most urgent point for brand merchants to be bailed out. Nearly 95% of the enterprises interviewed expressed their demands for rent reduction and exemption, including rent reduction and rent exemption, deduction and minimum guarantee, adjustment of delivery date and rent free period. Secondly, issuing consumption vouchers (58%), expecting relevant departments to reduce taxes (47%), and reducing labor costs such as social security (42%) are among the urgent demands of the enterprises interviewed.

In fact, in view of the serious decline in the rental capacity of brand merchants and the strong demand for rent relief, some measures have been taken by the existing shopping centers, but it is obviously not so easy to reduce the rent in an all-round way.
