Changshan Beiming (000158) announced on the evening of September 13. On September 9, 2022, Shijiazhuang public resources trading center issued the announcement on listing and transferring the use right of state owned construction land in Shijiazhuang public resources trading center (sgzj [2022] No. 97). With the approval of Shijiazhuang Municipal People's government, Shijiazhuang public resources trading center will organize to sell the state-owned construction land use right of plot No. [2022] 023 (hereinafter referred to as "the plot") from September 29, 2022 to October 17, 2022

1. The plot is the land for the plant area of the second branch of the company's raw cotton. It is located to the east of mianyi plant area, to the south of Guanghua Road, to the west of Mingmen street, and to the north of Heping Road. The land area is 80481.16 square meters (including 3780.00 square meters of nursery land). The land use is residential, commercial and educational land, with plot ratio less than 2.0 and greater than 1.0. The land transfer period is 70 years for residential buildings, 40 years for commercial services and 50 years for education. The land for commercial housing shall be provided with affordable housing at the proportion of 5% of the total construction area of the above ground residential buildings, and shall be handed over to the government free of charge.

2. The starting auction price of the plot is 1.395 billion yuan, with an increase of 1 million yuan per time. The bid deposit is 279 million yuan.
