Huamao Shares (000850): It Is Proposed To Acquire 100% Equity Of Xinkun Trade For RMB 88.3521 Million
Huamao Shares (000850) announced in the evening of December 27 that the Board of Directors of the Company reviewed and passed the Proposal on Acquisition of 100% Equity of Anqing Xinkun Trade Co., Ltd. and Related Transactions. The Company plans to acquire 100% equity of Xinkun Trade with cash of 88.3521 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Xinkun Trade will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
It is reported that after the completion of this transaction, the company will obtain 100% equity of Xinkun Trade, which is conducive to improving the company's future profitability, further giving play to the advantages of business integration and coordination, and further reducing related party transactions.
