Jinying Shares (600232) announced in the evening of January 16 that the 7th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors held on March 19, 2022 reviewed and approved the Proposal on Cancelling the Wholly owned Subsidiary of Yili Linen, and the company agreed to cancel the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Jinying Yili Linen Textile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yili Linen"), And authorize the management of the company to go through the cancellation procedures of Yili Linen Company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Yili flax has successively completed the procedures of tax cancellation registration, industrial and commercial cancellation registration, etc. Ili flax will no longer be included in the consolidated statements of the Company.
The cancellation of Yili Linen will not have a material impact on the overall business development and financial situation of the company, nor will it damage the interests of the company and its shareholders, especially the minority shareholders.
