At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, with a formal production scale of 320000 ingots and more than 1300 workers. During the Mid Autumn Festival and the National Day holidays, in order to ensure the timely delivery of orders, the production was not stopped for a moment, and the workers were on duty as usual. The construction site of the second phase of the project is also very hot. According to the plan, all works will be completed this year.

    In recent years, through Shanghai's Xinjiang aid cadres, Shanghai's Xinjiang aid funds have helped improve infrastructure construction. Many mainland textile enterprises have invested in Kashgar to build factories. Industrial workers have grown, driving the increase of family income. Textile industry clusters have gradually taken shape and shown advantages in the local area.

    The total project investment of Xinjiang Ruihao Textile Co., Ltd. is 6 billion yuan. Before the project was actually launched, Zhou Yuanping had envisaged many possible difficulties, such as difficulties in recruitment, weak infrastructure, "there may be a lack of experienced industrial workers in the local area, and the power to maintain the operation of plant equipment may not be available".

    Zhou Yuanping's concern is not entirely unreasonable. Shache has a large cotton planting area and good cotton quality, but it has not been able to form a large-scale textile industry.

    At the beginning of 2022, Zhou Yuanping visited Shache at the invitation of the investment promotion department to discuss the possibility of investment. At this time, he did not know that Shache had another relationship with Pudong, Shanghai. "When Xinjiang aid cadres heard that Shanghai enterprises were coming, they responded quickly and immediately prepared materials. When we arrived at Shache, all kinds of policy support and financial support were sorted out and prepared".

    After investigation, Zhou Yuanping was surprised by the situation of Shache: the population of Shache is more than one million, and there are more than 400000 young people aged 18 to 50 years old, who are also willing to work in the factory at their home. In addition, Shache also has an airport, with highways extending in all directions, and cargo transportation is not a problem.

    "More and more textile enterprises in Kashgar are supported by Shanghai cadres," said Zhou Yuanping. He heard that the first printing and dyeing factory in Kashi is being built in Bachu County, more than 200 kilometers away from Shache. In the past, after spinning and weaving, the goods had to be transported to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places, and then sent back to Kashgar to make clothes after printing and dyeing. The cost on the way was very high. Even if the mainland textile enterprises wanted to invest and build factories, they had to think twice. "When the printing and dyeing factory is completed, the whole textile industry chain can be completed in Kashgar, which is much more convenient for us and can save a lot of money."

    In August last year, Xinjiang Ruihao was officially put into production. At present, the second phase project is still under construction. After the overall completion and operation, it will become one of the largest digital textile enterprises around. Shanghai's aid to Xinjiang fund was injected to build three plants and a 110 kV substation.

    How is the operation of Ruihao one year after it landed in the saloon car? Of the more than 1300 workers working in the factory, 92% are from Shache.     Ainur Nurmaiti is a local who graduated from Kashgar University and majored in mathematics. Now she is a factory statistician. Two months after joining the company, she recommended her friends to come here. Jiang Bingyi, a Shandong native, is the foreman of the workshop, and his wife is a Uygur. His hometown is in the next county, and he also became the foreman. The monthly wages of the two people add up to nearly 20000 yuan. Jiang Bingyi said, "It's more than earning in the Shandong factory."

    The average age of workshop workers is only 27 years old. "This is beyond my imagination in other places." Zhou Yuanping said that in Shache last year, when the factory uniformly recruited workers, a recruitment notice was posted at the door, requiring 50 workers. Unexpectedly, there was a queue of more than 400 people at the factory door the next day, many of whom were college students who had just graduated.

    Now factories really need young people. The factory equipment has achieved intelligent automation. For example, Ruihao Workshop has installed a single ingot monitoring system. If there is a problem in any link, it can be immediately found that the efficiency, power consumption, downtime and output of each machine can be obtained in real time. In addition, the workshop is newly equipped with a fully automatic packaging system for finished yarn, which is delivered through the air track, stacked into stacks and delivered directly from the warehouse. The work of workers is patrol inspection, operation of auxiliary equipment, and maintenance of efficient and standardized operation of machines.

    Ruihao gives workers sufficient room for growth. In August this year, Zhou Yuanping just promoted two Uighur workers to be foremen. After the probation period, the monthly salary will rise to about 8000 yuan. One year ago, they entered the factory without experience. After continuous learning, they can now independently take charge of a process operation. "They also took the initiative to find the factory director, apply for living in the factory dormitory, pay close attention to the equipment status, and are full of energy."

    Exhausting Heat Dame McIntursun graduated from Ili Normal University, majoring in tourism management. When the factory opened its production mobilization meeting, Zhou Yuanping found that she was very expressive, cheerful and generous. She was sent to the Shanghai headquarters for training, mainly to do administrative work. There are also many workshop front-line workers who, under the arrangement of the company, go to the sales outlets in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and other places to learn and exchange.

    In September this year, the Kashgar Institute of Technology and Vocational Technology funded and built by Shanghai was inaugurated, and the first batch of new students were admitted. This is the first full-time general higher vocational school of science and engineering in Kashgar. On the day of the opening ceremony, Zhou Yuanping was invited to attend and signed an agreement on school enterprise cooperation with the school. "We intend to entrust the school to carry out order based training, so that students can 'enter the job upon enrollment and find employment upon graduation.'" Zhou Yuanping said that in the future, the Shache Factory may undertake the task of training bases for textile talents, which will be transferred to more than 16000 jobs across Xinjiang after training, We will continue to help Xinjiang's textile industry develop vigorously.
