It is reported that this is the first policy document issued for the industrial Internet logo analysis system.

It is understood that the identification resolution system of the industrial Internet is an important component and "nervous system" of the industrial Internet, which mainly includes two parts: identification coding and resolution system. Among them, the identification code is equivalent to "ID card" or "house number", giving each physical entity (such as parts, machines, products, etc.) and each digital object (such as algorithms, process records, key data) on the industrial Internet a globally unique code. The analysis system queries and uniformly analyzes the network address and related information according to the identification code, so as to achieve accurate positioning, and provide basic support for cross system, cross enterprise, cross region supply chain whole process management, traceability, network precision collaboration and other applications.

The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that currently, the work of "ramming the foundation and erecting the beam" of the identification analysis system in China has been basically completed, and a series of industrial practices have been carried out in the industrial field. The typical application scenarios, such as production process quality control, supply chain data sharing, energy consumption data monitoring, have been formed in the production, operation, and service links, which are product oriented, process oriented, and resource oriented, It has preliminarily realized controllable architecture, controllable facilities and controllable technology.

In order to further gather industrial consensus, strengthen policy guidance, promote the identification analysis system from "construction" to "use", expand the breadth and depth of application in the industrial field, promote the identification analysis system to be widely promoted in various economic and social fields, simultaneously improve the supporting capacity of facilities, technology, standards, data, talents and other elements, and accelerate the realization of controllable application and ecological control, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other 12 departments jointly issued the Action Plan to support the construction of manufacturing power, network power and digital China.

The Action Plan deploys 7 key tasks according to the "331" idea. The first "3" focuses on industries: connect the supply chain of the industrial chain, promote the application of the identification analysis system in key industries such as petrochemical, shipbuilding, automobile and electronics, and improve the production collaboration efficiency of the manufacturing industry; Fully enable the "three products" strategy of consumer goods, and use the identification analysis system to service the quality traceability of consumer goods, digital marketing, and full life cycle management to help upgrade consumption; Promote the integration of digital medicine, promote the deep integration of the identification analysis system with the existing drug traceability code and the unique identification system of medical devices, and provide services for the management of related medical products. The second "3" focus area: expand the depth and breadth of logo application in three aspects of improving green and low-carbon management, improving safety management, and improving the level of urban digitalization, and create a new model and benchmark for logo application. "1" Focus areas: promote the upgrading of industrial clusters, deepen the application and promotion of logo in the development carrier of key industries, and improve the networking, digital and intelligent level of industrial clusters.

The Action Plan proposes to comprehensively empower the "three products" strategy of consumer goods, combine the "three products" strategy of increasing varieties, improving quality and creating brands in the consumer goods industry, and accelerate the deep integration of consumer goods such as light industry, food, textile, consumer electronics and lithium batteries with the industrial Internet identity analysis system. Accelerate the construction of the quality traceability system of the whole industrial chain of consumer goods based on industrial Internet identity, promote the adaptation of consumer terminals to industrial Internet identity, promote the application modes of consumer goods quality traceability, digital marketing, full life cycle management, and optimize the consumer service experience by linking the identity with production and processing, warehousing and distribution, circulation and consumption, recycling and other links. Explore the use of industrial Internet identity to build a consumption big data platform, carry out demand forecasting, and further promote consumption upgrading.

For industrial clusters, the Action Plan proposes to promote the upgrading of industrial clusters. Promote industrial Internet to enter parks, bases and clusters, and deepen the application and promotion of industrial Internet in key industrial development carriers such as national high-tech industrial development zones, advanced manufacturing clusters, national new industrial demonstration bases, and SME characteristic industrial clusters. Support the cluster to carry out the construction of "industrial brain" based on the identification analysis system, serve the digital transformation of enterprises in the industrial cluster, open up the design, production, sales, logistics, service and other links, and realize the full scene data sharing and tracing. Explore the use of industrial Internet related technologies to develop virtual industrial clusters across physical boundaries, accelerate the virtual agglomeration, platform operation, and network collaboration of data, capital, human resources and other elements, and build a new digital ecology of industrial clusters.
