The Four Laboratories Of China Textile Standard Were Brought Into The Credit Agency Of The General Administration Of Customs To Escort Textile Imports

Recently, Zhongfangbiao (Fujian) Testing Co., Ltd. was successfully included in the list of import clothing inspection agencies of the General Administration of Customs. This is the fourth China Textile Standard company to obtain this qualification after China Textile Standard Beijing Headquarters, China Textile Standard Shenzhen Company and China Textile Standard Zhejiang Company. At present, four laboratories under China Textile Standard have been included in the list of customs import clothing inspection agencies, responsible for the inspection and testing of adult clothing, infants and children's clothing.

Credit agencies refer to inspection agencies that have the qualifications and capabilities required by the customs and are listed in the directory of credit agencies by the General Administration of Customs. The acceptance agencies carry out inspection and testing activities in accordance with the relevant requirements of the General Administration of Customs, and their inspection and testing results can be accepted by the customs as the basis for conformity assessment. Imported commodities can be entrusted to a credit collection agency for smooth customs clearance after inspection and testing, effectively shortening the customs clearance time.

On December 1, 2022, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of the Inspection and Acceptance of Import and Export Commodities (Decree No. 259 of the General Administration of Customs) was officially implemented. On the same day, the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on the Requirements for the Acceptance of Imported and Exported Clothing (General Administration Announcement No. 120) was issued, which was the first announcement of the requirements for the acceptance of trusted goods issued by the General Administration of Customs, marking the official entry into the implementation phase of the inspection and acceptance of imported and exported goods by the customs, and specifying that the management of the acceptance of imported clothing inspection will be implemented from December 1, 2022.

Zhongfangbiao is an independent third-party professional organization dedicated to providing technical services related to inspection and testing of light textile products. Its main business is inspection, testing and certification services of textile and light industrial products, verification and calibration of textile instruments, and sales of test consumables. The inspection and testing business covers textiles, clothing, footwear, leather products, luggage and other fields.
