Li Guangming, the financial director of Xinjiang Tianhui Kangbai Agricultural Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., said that Shaya County has "inexhaustible and inexhaustible" cotton straw resources. Relying on the technology and process independently developed by enterprises, we use cotton straw as raw material to produce environment-friendly boards, It can not only effectively solve the problem of comprehensive utilization of cotton straw, but also increase efficiency and benefit farmers.

Islapili Abudu, a villager in Cangtamu Village, Tarim Township, has planted 800 mu of cotton. He told reporters that in the past, cotton straw was useless in the eyes of farmers and had to spend money to find someone to deal with it. Since the cooperation agreement was reached with Xinjiang Tianhui Kangbai Agricultural Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., the company has purchased cotton straw at a price of 260 yuan per ton, which not only reduces environmental pollution, but also increases farmers' income.

At present, the company has built a production demonstration line with an annual output of 30000 cubic meters of cotton straw to prepare high-performance formaldehyde free ecological and environmental friendly wood-based panels, and successfully entered the trial production stage in September 2023.

This year, based on the first demonstration line, the company will start to build a production line with an annual output of 400000 cubic meters of environmentally friendly lightweight high-strength particleboard. When the project reaches its capacity, it is expected to achieve 570000 tons of carbon sequestration and an output value of 700 million yuan, driving local people to find jobs.

Li Guangming said that in the next step, the company will start the research and development and application of other agricultural and forestry waste technologies, accelerate the large-scale utilization of agricultural and forestry waste resources, build itself into a leading enterprise in the comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry waste such as cotton straw, achieve a 10 billion level industrial cluster in the production of high-performance ecological panels from agricultural and forestry waste such as cotton straw, and build an agricultural green circular economy industrial chain, Promote the prosperity and development of regional industries.
