    Such a long and thin cotton yarn should not only meet the strength, breathability, comfort and other indicators, but also achieve mass production on the premise of energy conservation and environmental protection.

    Cai Yun, Chairman of Wuxi Yimian Textile Group: The mass production of 300 cotton yarns is actually the result of the improvement of new quality productivity and the transformation from intelligence to number. Previously, we could not detect some prickles in the middle of the yarn with our naked eyes alone. However, with the intervention of AI technology, high-speed cameras can comprehensively detect and monitor the whole yarn.

    Cai Yun introduced that in the past, when there were wire breaks in production, we had to rely on manpower to check the lines one by one. Now every spindle has a sensor. Hundreds of thousands of sensors in the workshop build an intelligent production line network. All production information such as production status and product quality can be fed back to the intelligent screen in time.

    Cai Yun, Chairman of Wuxi Yimian Textile Group: After intelligent transformation, our labor intensity has been reduced by 30% and our production efficiency has been improved by more than 20%.

    At present, this cotton textile mill has 700000 spindles, 500 cloth machines and an annual output of 40000 tons of high-grade yarn. With new equipment and advanced technology, this factory has not only achieved a leap in production efficiency, but also successfully opened up a more diversified international market in the first half of this year.

    Cai Yun, Chairman of Wuxi Yimian Textile Group: In the traditional market, either polyester chemical fiber or ordinary products with 32 counts and 40 counts are mostly used. We use 100 counts of pure cotton.

    In order to promote the intelligent transformation and digital transformation of enterprises, Jiangsu Province has allocated 1.2 billion yuan of special funds every year. At present, about 50000 transformation projects have been implemented.     At the wharf of a shipbuilding enterprise in Jingjiang, there are two cargo ships to be exported to Singapore. In the first half of this year, this shipbuilding enterprise alone signed more than 70 new ship export orders.

    Chen Yajun, Director of Marketing Department of Jingjiang Shipbuilding Enterprise: 48 ships were signed in June alone. Last year, we only got more than 40 ships. At present, the annual processing steel weight of our three docks is about 500000 tons.

    The reporter from CCTV learned that the annual use of more than 500000 tons of steel can almost build about 12 external steel structures of the National Stadium (Bird's Nest). At first, it was mainly to build wooden ships here. Now, the ship enterprises in Jingjiang can not only build the world's largest container ships, super large crude oil ships, super large mineral sand ships, but also some special ships.

    Chen Yajun, Director of Marketing Department of Jingjiang Shipbuilding Enterprise: Since 1996, when we started to build 10000 ton ships, we have produced 4 to 6 ships a year. Now we can build more than 30 10000 ton ships a year. It should not be more than 12 months from the start of construction to the delivery of a ship. Our fast delivery time can reach 10 months.

    Ship order, long production cycle. For ship owners, the market is changing rapidly, and it is crucial to get new ships on time. Over the years, Jingjiang has introduced new quality productivity, promoted the deep integration of digital shipbuilding and intelligent shipbuilding, continuously shortened the ship design and production cycle, and improved the construction efficiency.

    Sun Quan, Director of the Development Office of the Ship Research Institute of Jingjiang Shipbuilding Enterprise: Through the optimization of production process, we have adjusted the installation, commissioning and delivery of equipment from the past 120 days to 45 days.

    Du Zhengyu, Director of Jingjiang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology: Since this year, we have also focused on promoting the construction of intelligent plane section production workshops in shipbuilding enterprises. The overall investment in intelligent workshops has exceeded 1.7 billion yuan, greatly improving production efficiency.

    Over the past 20 years, this ship enterprise has built more than 400 10000 ton ships of different types. The "big block" also has great wisdom. In recent years, Jingjiang Shipbuilding Enterprise has continued to develop and build green energy ships. The LNG dual fuel ship with dual power of fuel oil and natural gas is independently developed and designed by the enterprise.

    Sun Quan, Director of the Development Office of the Ship Research Institute of Jingjiang Shipbuilding Enterprise: After we use LNG fuel, our carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 20%, and the emissions of nitride and sulfide can be reduced by 98% to 100%.

    From building wooden ships to building high-end ships, from building 10000 ton ships to building 400000 ton ships today. Through scientific and technological innovation, the introduction of new materials, new technologies, and new processes, Jingjiang's shipbuilding industry has continued to achieve leapfrog development driven by new quality productivity.

    Du Zhengyu, Director of Jingjiang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology: LNG dual fuel ships and super large container ships, which represent the most cutting-edge ship manufacturing technologies in the world, have been fully "launched" in Jingjiang. At present, the proportion of new energy green ships in Jingjiang has exceeded 50%.

      Chain Individual Champion: From "Small Workshop" to "Little Giant"

    As the pillar industry of Jingjiang, shipbuilding industry has led to more than 60000 jobs, accounting for 10% of the total local population. According to the data of China Shipbuilding Industry Association, building a ship uses more than 20 million parts, with a long supply chain and high industrial relevance. At present, Jiangsu Jingjiang has more than 200 ship and supporting enterprises, which has formed an industrial pattern with complete chains and centralized distribution.

    There is an enterprise specialized in producing anchor chains in Jingjiang, with an annual production capacity of 300000 tons. The marine anchor chains and mooring chains produced by the enterprise account for more than 60% of the global market, and it is the single champion enterprise in the national manufacturing industry. The deepwater mooring chain independently developed by the enterprise broke the monopoly of foreign countries for 30 years at one fell swoop.

    Lan Yuqing, head of the Industrial and High tech Development Section of Jingjiang Development and Reform Commission: This chain enterprise started from a village run enterprise, with 70% of its products exported. They led the preparation of the world's first international standard on marine mooring chains.

    In the production workshop of the enterprise, there is a deep-sea anchor pile weighing 120 tons, which has been successfully applied to the construction of deep-sea drilling platforms in China.

       Jiangsu: "Hydrogen" Brings New Momentum for Future Development

    In Jiangsu, it is not only the traditional industries that introduce new quality productivity, but also a number of future industries that can open up a world in the international market. For example, hydrogen energy, hydrogen powered locomotives and hydrogen powered bicycles have been sold to many countries and regions in the world.

    In a locomotive manufacturing enterprise in Changzhou, several Kenyan customers are learning about hydrogen energy locomotives made in China.

    Kenyan customer: The purpose of this meeting is to buy locomotives. We are very impressed with hydrogen powered locomotives. We are also very interested in environmental protection. We want to reduce carbon emissions.

    This green hydrogen powered locomotive will be exported from Changzhou to Chile in August this year. It is reported that the whole vehicle power of this hydrogen energy locomotive is 1000 kW, which can save more than 400000 yuan of fuel cost a year compared with diesel locomotives under the same working conditions.

    The reporter from CCTV experienced the world's first foldable hydrogen energy bicycle. The reporter learned that this bicycle can drive this hydrogen energy bicycle to travel about 40 kilometers by making 200 liters of hydrogen from 200 milliliters of water.

    This hydrogen energy bicycle manufacturer has put more than 8000 shared bicycles in 10 cities in China, and has exported them to South America, Europe and other regions.

    For hydrogen energy vehicles, the hydrogen fuel cell stack is the "heart" of the hydrogen fuel cell system. The 300kW hydrogen fuel cell stack produced by the enterprise in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, has been identified as the largest hydrogen cell stack in China at present, which can meet the demand for continuous high-speed operation of heavy trucks under full load. At present, their products have been sold to the UK, Japan, Brazil and other overseas markets.

    At present, there are more than 300 enterprises and institutions related to the hydrogen energy industry chain in Jiangsu, accounting for 8.5% of the total number of enterprises nationwide, forming an important hydrogen energy industry cluster in China.
