In 2024, the cultivation objects of great artisans will soon start to participate in a series of training projects organized by the All China Federation of Trade Unions, including online and offline, theory and practice, preheating and assessment.

This training work aims at the "five strengths" standard possessed by large country craftsmen, takes the demand for scientific and technological innovation as the traction, adheres to "selecting high starting point students, equipping high-level teachers, and exporting high-quality achievements", innovates the talent training mode, and strives to cultivate a number of large country craftsmen who are the "cornerstone, pillar" and "pillar" of Kanzhong Chinese National Building, As a highly skilled leading talent in the national innovation talent chain, it provides important strategic talent support for accelerating the construction of a scientific and technological power, promoting the construction of a powerful country and the rejuvenation of the nation.

This cultivation will build a whole chain integrated cultivation system of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, provincial trade unions, enterprises and "double first-class" universities. The All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) took the lead in grasping the trade union, formulating an overall work plan, carrying out "craftsman talent training camp" and other work, creating benchmark samples, and demonstrating and leading trade unions and enterprises at all levels to carry out craftsman training at a high level. Provincial trade union territorial cultivation, support the cultivation objects to create or promote the innovation studio led by them, and actively carry out project tackling and other activities; Organize training objects to participate in activities such as "model workers and craftsmen help enterprises", innovation exchanges and forums. As the cultivation subject, enterprises support the cultivation objects to participate in the cultivation of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, encourage and support the cultivation objects to create or upgrade the innovation studio led by them, support craftsmen to participate in equipment renewal, technical transformation, innovation and key problems tackling and other projects, and provide high-quality platforms for the cultivation objects to carry out technological innovation and skills inheritance.

It is understood that this training will be based on the principle of "seeing people, seeing things, and seeing the spirit", so that the "five abilities of craftsmen" of the training object will be greatly improved and trained, and qualified craftsmen of large countries will be cultivated; Solve some industry/enterprise technical problems through the cultivation process, create some new advanced operation methods and working methods, and produce a batch of excellent innovation achievements; Give play to the demonstration and driving role of craftsmen in big countries, vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsmanship, inherit the technical skills of craftsmen, and encourage more workers to take the path of becoming skilled and serving the country with skills.

The All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) requires that each recommending unit should strengthen the organization and leadership of craftsmen training, improve its political position, carefully formulate work plans, actively strive for the attention and support of the party and government, actively strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments, and create conditions and environment for the full flow of innovative talents of craftsmen. It is necessary to organize the recommended large country craftsmen training objects to participate in the whole process training organized by the All China Federation of Trade Unions, carefully study and formulate the work plan for craftsmen training of their own units in their own regions, do a good job in craftsmen training at their own level, and guide the lower level and enterprises to do a good job in craftsmen training.
