       On the morning of June 24, the 2023 National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. As the most authoritative government science and technology award in China, the awarding of the National Science and Technology Award is a great event in the scientific and technological circles, attracting much attention.

       A total of 250 projects were selected for the 2023 National Science and Technology Award. Among them, there are 49 National Natural Science Awards, one first prize and 48 second prizes; 62 National Technological Invention Awards, 8 first prizes and 54 second prizes; There are 139 National Science and Technology Progress Awards, 3 Grand Prizes, 16 First Prizes and 120 Second Prizes. The highest award was awarded to two people, namely photogrammetry and remote sensing scientist, academician Li Deren of Wuhan University, and famous scientist in condensed matter physics, academician Xue Qikun of Tsinghua University. The People's Republic of China International Science and Technology Cooperation Award was awarded to 10 people.

       At this conference, the project of "Green and Efficient Manufacturing Technology and Application of Polymer Melt Nanofibers", recommended by China Textile Industry Federation and completed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University of Technology and Tianjin Taida Clean Materials Co., Ltd., won the second prize of National Technological Invention Award in 2023.

       Achievement introduction: Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, polymer nanofibers are urgently needed in medical protection, energy and environmental protection, national defense construction, biomedicine and other fields. The industrialization technology of "zero solvent" melt nanofiber green manufacturing has always been a world problem and research focus in this field. In the past 20 years, the project team has initiated new principles and methods of differential electrospinning of polymer melt through multidisciplinary cross cutting and collaborative innovation of industry, university and research, and further invented multi field coupling fiber refining Key technologies such as the alternation of thickness and fineness of heterogeneous melt micro nanofibers, dynamic electric field homogenization film formation, high-pressure electrostatic spraying and spinning have solved a series of world problems in efficient and green manufacturing of polymer nanofibers, realized the industrialization of green manufacturing technology and equipment for polymer melt nanofibers, obtained 86 authorized invention patents, published more than 120 academic papers, and "Nanofiber Electrospinning" The monographs were selected as national key publications. The project products have created significant economic and social benefits in the application of haze prevention and epidemic prevention, aerospace, energy and environmental protection, biomedicine and other fields. This technological invention has great potential for application and development in the fields of efficient green manufacturing of chemical fibers and high-end textiles, and is a landmark achievement from made in China to created in China.
