On September 13, the national textile industry deepened the construction and reform of industrial workers, and the trade union promoted the development of new quality productivity demonstration and exchange activities were held in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Zou Zhen fully affirmed the phased achievements of deepening the reform of industrial workers in the textile industry, and implemented the "559" policy for trade union organizations at all levels in the textile industry from three aspects: in-depth study and understanding of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, promoting key breakthroughs in industrial reform in the textile industry, and strengthening organizational leadership to enhance joint efforts The work deployment and the trade union action of the new quality productivity put forward specific requirements.

Zou Zhen stressed that trade union organizations at all levels in the textile industry should deepen their ideological understanding, improve their political standing, implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on new quality productivity, and actively respond to the new situation and new requirements of deepening industrial reform; Based on the characteristics of the industry, we should grasp the main contradictions, focus on the cluster economy, which is the development characteristics of the textile industry, and promote the expansion and quality improvement of the textile industry; We should strengthen organizational leadership, pool joint efforts, strengthen publicity and guidance, pool consensus on reform, and ensure that the reform of building the industrial workforce goes deeper and more practical.

At the event, Xia Lingmin, Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, shared the theme of cultivating and developing new quality productivity in the textile industry. Zhang Yingchun, Vice Chairman and member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, and Ni Chunqing, member of the Standing Committee of Nantong Municipal Party Committee and head of the Organization Department, delivered speeches respectively.
