As a new textile fabric processing enterprise integrating weaving, finishing and independent sales, the production base in De'an County, Jiujiang City only has more than 300 employees, but the daily output can reach up to 1 million meters. Such an efficient output cannot be achieved without the 5G smart factory invested by the enterprise.

Zhang Zeyajie, the general manager of the company, told the reporter that at present, the production cycle from raw materials to finished products can only take 24 hours at the fastest, or even 12 hours if it is urgent production or semi-finished product processing.

Moreover, the intelligent upgrading of the production line also helps enterprises eliminate process errors and omissions at the production end and reduce energy consumption waste.

"In the past, workers used to use manual scheduling for production, with a high error rate. Now we use intelligent scheduling to plan the entire production process, which can also prevent excessive energy consumption," Zhang Zeya said.
