Bachu County is one of the largest high-quality cotton bases in China, and is listed as one of the "seven parks" of the "three cities, seven parks and one center" of the autonomous region's textile and clothing industry. Bachu County closely focuses on 3+1+N to build an industrial structure and improve the cotton industry chain. Among them, cotton textile industry occupies an important position, focusing on building a whole cotton industry chain from cotton breeding, planting, processing, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, garment manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.

In order to promote the rapid development of the textile industry in the whole county, Bachu County has attracted a number of large textile enterprises to settle in the industrial park relying on the spinning enterprises in the upstream industrial chain of weaving. On October 12, in the production workshop of Xinjiang Shibo Cotton Textile Co., Ltd., the sound of equipment operation kept rising, and the textile workers in the workshop skillfully operated the equipment in their respective posts, shuttling in front of the textile machine, which was a busy scene.

Xinjiang Shibo Cotton Textile Co., Ltd., which was put into production in April 2022, is a spinning oriented enterprise, with a total investment of 200000 spinning equipment, an annual output value of 500 million yuan, and an annual consumption of 17500 tons of Xinjiang local cotton.

Xinjiang Shibo Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. continued to strengthen fine management, actively explored the market, re optimized and upgraded the equipment and technology, formulated a series of business policies and strategies, constantly promoted the high-quality development of enterprises, and helped to promote the high-quality development of Bachu cotton industry.
