    Supported by the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce, Jiangsu International Investment Promotion Center and the World Economic Research Institute of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences first released the list of local multinational leading enterprises in Jiangsu Province in Wuxi. In order to summarize and promote the advanced experience and practice of foreign investment and cooperation of enterprises on the list, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce and Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce recently issued Typical Cases of Local Multinational Leading Enterprises in Jiangsu Province. With the outstanding achievements of high-quality co construction of the "Belt and Road", Red Bean Group has been selected as a model of multinational leading enterprises in Jiangsu, together with Hengtong, Coworth and other well-known multinational brands.

      "Going Global": Deepening the international cooperation of the industrial chain supply chain

    In recent years, under the influence of multiple factors such as the restructuring of the global economic pattern, industrial transfer, and digital transformation, Red Bean Group has striven to seize the development opportunities, take the initiative to make rapid layout, promote the export of competitive industries, accelerate the establishment of transnational factories and cross-border e-commerce, and create a "second growth curve".

    In the garment sector, another overseas production base of Red Bean International, Hengyang (Cambodia) Garment Company, was opened and put into production in August this year, forming a "twin star" strategic layout with the first self built factory Xingli Garment Factory. At present, the order schedule of Xingli Factory has reached June 2025; Hengyang Factory added 3 fixed production lines and 2 auxiliary lines, and the staff size continued to increase by nearly 200 people, with orders showing a trend of exploding. At the same time, Red Bean is also actively expanding cross-border e-commerce business, promoting its own brand HODO through the layout of Amazon, independent stations and other platforms SPORTS, HODO HOME go abroad. From January to May, Hongdou cross-border e-commerce GMV doubled year-on-year.

    In the tire sector, Red Bean has established overseas production bases for general tires in Thailand and Cambodia, and actively participates in the global industrial chain supply chain cooperation. As the first overseas production base of General Motors (600400. SH), the Thai factory has fully reached the production capacity of 6 million semi steel radial tires and 1.3 million all steel radial tires in Phase I. In order to further expand the production capacity and meet the market demand at home and abroad, the second phase project in Thailand and the domestic semi steel technical transformation project were put into production on the same day in June this year. As the second overseas production base of GE, the Cambodian factory phase I project achieved full production ahead of schedule in May this year, and the progress refreshed the industry speed. The first tire of GE's Cambodia Phase II project was offline in August, and it is expected to achieve the capacity scale of Phase II in 2025, including an annual output of 3.5 million semi steel tires and 750000 full steel tires.

    In terms of international resource integration, Red Bean has set up overseas institutions in New York, Singapore and other countries in the United States, hired scientific innovation and management talents from Germany, Italy, Japan and other countries, and constantly improved the level of product innovation and management. General Tire, Red Bean Garments and other teams have participated in international exhibitions for many years in succession. With their rich product lines and excellent quality price ratio, they have successfully entered the international market and demonstrated the charm and strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to the world.

      "Going in": promoting high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road"

    As one of the first batch of private enterprises to respond to the "Belt and Road" initiative, Red Bean Group led the development and construction of the 11.13 square kilometer Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone"), which was the first batch to pass the examination and confirmation of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance, and the only national economic and trade cooperation zone between China and Cambodia that signed a bilateral government agreement, It was highly praised by General Secretary Xi Jinping as "a model of China Cambodia practical cooperation".

    After more than ten years of development, the Special Economic Zone has become the fastest growing, most influential and best featured special economic zone in Cambodia from a wilderness with no roads, no water, no electricity, no network and a height drop of 70 meters. At present, 202 enterprises (institutions) from China, Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other places have been introduced, accounting for about 70% of the total number of factory enterprises in Sihanoukville, creating 32000 jobs. From January to November this year, the enterprises in the region achieved a total import and export volume of 3.671 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 21.12%, accounting for more than 7% of Cambodia's total import and export trade, becoming the "locomotive" of local economic development and the "golden rice bowl" of people's hard work to become rich.

    In the development and construction, on the one hand, the Xigang Special Economic Zone will improve people's living standards by stimulating local employment and building supporting facilities such as sewage treatment plants and thermal power plants; On the other hand, take root in local culture and folk customs, and turn "going out" into "going in". There are two universities in the zone: China Cambodia Friendship Institute of Technology and Sihanoukville Port Business School, and two groups of Cambodian youth have been funded to study in China, providing high-quality talent support for the construction of the special zone; Open cable TV, realize synchronized watching of domestic programs in Cambodia, and enhance people to people and cultural exchanges between China and Cambodia; Co build the community health service center of Xigang Special Economic Zone to provide convenient medical services for enterprise employees and surrounding villagers; Donate to Cambodian Red Cross Society every year to support local economic and social construction; The "Cambodia China Friendship Volunteer Alliance" was established to carry out poverty alleviation activities for a long time...
