To Comprehensively Improve The Market Image, China Light Textile City Launched A Special Management Action
In order to thoroughly implement the strategic positioning of "International Textile City, Hangzhou Shaoxing Star City" in the new era, comprehensively enhance the overall image of China Light Textile City, optimize the market business environment and standardize market operation behavior, China Light Textile City has officially launched a special action for market city management for two and a half months since January 16.
This special action was led by the Comprehensive Treatment Division of China Light Textile City Construction Management Committee, and jointly participated by the police station of China Light Textile City, the market supervision light textile city branch, the Keqiao Traffic Police Squadron, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Squadron of China Light Textile City, the Joint Consignment Squadron and other functional departments. Each department performs its own duties, has a clear division of labor, regularly carries out rectification actions every day, and turns to the normalized management stage after the action is completed to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the work throughout the year.
The main objective of the special action is to ensure that the traditional market area of the textile city is clean, orderly, and the traffic is smooth, so as to ensure the sustainable development of China's textile city. The scope of renovation covers various professional markets in China's light textile city market area and the surrounding roads, especially many important markets such as Dongsheng Road Market, East Market, United Market, and International Fabric Purchasing Center.
It is reported that the rectification of this special action mainly includes the following three aspects: first, the internal rectification of the market, the strict implementation of the "three guarantees in front of the door" responsibility system, to ensure the effective implementation of sanitation, road maintenance and vehicle parking management in the property area, and further standardize the market operation order; The second is external regulation of the market. We will comprehensively control the illegal operation of "four cars" along the surrounding roads, disorderly parking of vehicles, mobile stalls, road occupation, disorderly stacking and placing, illegal organization of goods, illegal setting of advertisements, shop sign defects, facade dirt and other phenomena; Third, focus on governance work, including strengthening greening governance to ensure that the greening area is exquisite and beautiful; Standardize the parking order of vehicles, create a civilized, orderly and unblocked road traffic environment, and relieve the pressure of road traffic around the market; Strengthen the management of goods stacking and thoroughly solve the problem of disorderly stacking.
