In the intelligent production workshop of Sichuan Fiber Science and Technology Company built by Siliya, one set of equipment automatically controls the temperature, concentration and tensile degree. The whole fiber production process is real-time scheduled by the central control system. Each indicator has digital signage marks, automatic early warning and whole process tracking.

"This is the digital quality control system that we just updated this year, and all key process parameters can be controlled and checked in real time." The workshop dispatcher said that the 148 core business processes of the enterprise have achieved full process digital management, product yield has increased by 5%, and quality inspection response time has been reduced by more than 30%.

On the product side, Siliya has created Yisaier ?、 Yasser ?、 Yasai cotton ? Green fiber matrix was selected into the Chinese fiber fashion trend directory, and successfully exported to Europe, Southeast Asia and other markets. In terms of green standard construction, the company obtained the highest rating of Canopy's "dark green shirt", with 32 buttons, ranking second in the world.

In October 2023, at the Kingpins Jeans Fair in Amsterdam, Siliya, Qianjin Jeans and Renewcell jointly created the recycled cellulose fiber staple products (Yasser ?） Gracell ? x CIRCULOSE ? Amazing appearance, attracting a large number of international buyers to stop and understand. This product is produced by Siliya using 50% of the CIRCULOSE produced by Renewcell ? In addition to cooperating in product development, Siliya has also carried out in-depth cooperation with Donghua University, Sichuan University and other universities to create a whole process ecology from fiber to yarn, fabric and clothing, and promote the development of integrated standards and the implementation of application scenarios.
