Although we haven't succeeded yet, we are still striving for the ideal! From the MIS system to the server software 1998, the Chinese Internet has ushered in the froth of winter. That is, from this time on, we began to study the business models of websites and websites, and from MIS software development to server side software planning.

Through 2 years of efforts, in 2000, we had our own product, the University Information Center, and got good application in several universities. However, due to the great differences in the needs of universities, there were many places to be amended, which violated the tenet of software replication, so we still gave up.

In 2004, we have our core product ---GIP (general information portal system), which allows users to cross the technical threshold from the root, and can make websites without writing a single line of code. However, we have invested 1 million of the cost, and the funds we can call are very limited.

Three, we embarked on the Internet business road at the beginning of 2005, due to the shortage of funds, with the recommendation of friends, we found the investor - organized 1 million funds to do self-service platform building project, but using other people's funds is quite troublesome. Four, we have lost our money by gambling with blood, but the heart of using the Internet has not died. After many efforts (parents and friends), I organized about 300000 funds. This is the biggest capital that we could organize at that time.

In the spring of 2006, we started a real network venture by relying on 3 tables and 2 computers. We didn't have weekends and no rest, and we spent more than 15 hours online every day.

Through more than 3 months of hard work, we finally welcomed our first business.

With the first business, we soon came to second or third pens. But due to the limited manpower and resources, our twelfth business has been tardy. We must face up to the loss soon. The Internet is the bottomless pit of investment. The Internet is always the capital world. We are heading for the way to find money everywhere. The promise to the people is "loss of repayment and doubled profits". I was accompanied by a heavy debt.

Five, Kung Fu does not care about people in the Internet industry, entrepreneurial success is accidental, failure is inevitable, network entrepreneurs are holding "luck belongs to oneself, disaster belongs to others" opportunist attitude.

Our road is hard, but we feel it is true that we do not care about traffic. We only focus on the real users. Now we operate the Chinese Internet portal, with the increase of users, traffic has also been greatly improved.

In addition, our imperfect platform has now been highly recognized by users. Fortunately, we have finally come to life.

Six, our thinking, if you are trying to use the Internet to start a business, then share with you the experience of Entrepreneurship: 1, the choice platform is very important: the development of Internet technology is changing with each passing day, without a perfect technology platform, it is difficult to adapt to competition, and at the same time, it can not survive.

2, business model can not copy others: the mature business model of the company is not suitable for entrepreneurs. This is a big capital world. It has nothing to do with you and me. Don't touch it!

3, website should not be greedy: in China's current Internet industry, the big and full website now has no chance, because you face a lot of opponents, even more powerful than you think.

4, technological innovation can not stop: before the "go ahead" in the same portal network, we launched the "break through the traditional template technology", now some people are chasing, Taobao's shop change website, YAHOO's free personal sites, search personal portal, is also a progress, although we still retain the "cross domain information release" and many other leading functions, but do not continue to lead the race is no chance of survival - because the wolf has "evolved" very strong, we are still sheep!
