    At that time, my only escape was to go to the Internet bar after getting a meager salary. The only comfort was watching the story of a successful person, imagining that he was the hero, creating his own age.

    Can this be called ah q?

    I know Walton family, Sun Zhengyi, Li Jiacheng, Ren Zhengfei...

    Admiration, but I feel that this achievement is so far away. "As an ordinary person who wants to achieve economic freedom as soon as possible, I need twelve or thirty thousand in two years."

    I set a financial high goal for myself.

    But where is my road?

    You can't make your own way!

    I don't have to work overtime when I go to the square to set up a stall, with a smile to sell some characteristic small goods, and one night can make a twenty or thirty, but this is not what I want.

    I must earn money.

    We must develop!

    To start a business and change the bad situation, I have drawn up some criteria for choosing my own project: 1, there is demand, that is, there is a strong demand for the market; the 2 is valuable and can bring great value to customers; 3, there is a bright future in the product development period, and has good prospects for development and easy to operate; (4) the cost is low; start-up funds are affordable to me (up to 1500 yuan), and the payback period is short. I desperately tried to find the right small entrepreneurial projects from the side and the Internet, in order to better carry out my projects.

    According to this standard, I ruled out many projects in the market. Now it is hard to find suitable projects on the Internet. After a few months, "is the standard too high?"

    Sometimes I can't help but doubt myself.

    05 years in June, I met with a small venture project. I immediately went to their website to get to know the situation.

    I remember being very excited. I felt strongly that the entrepreneurial opportunity was finally coming: I could make a fortune in the sunrise industry of the information industry and even develop a career.

    Indeed, in the short three months from 05 to 7 September, I earned nearly 56500 of net profit from my agency efforts.

    The following brief introduction to my personal summary of the "small business venture four steps": it helps me realize the savings from zero to more than 50000, so I hope we can have some inspiration.

    First step: we must aim at the needs of the market.

    As a starting project of our startup, its strong market demand is our profit base. If we want to get extra profits, our project (or product) needs must be vigorous, new and unsatisfied, so that the product has the potential for development and the profit margin of the market.

    At the same time, it is a less competitive project.

    Use a pioneering saying: "the secret of success is to see what most people are doing and don't do it."

    Only extraordinary actions can achieve extraordinary achievements.

    When most people do not realize that this is a good market opportunity and you grasp it, you are supernormal.

    That's what I understand.

    I talked about my journey. I analyzed customer information project.

    The market demand is strong (1).

    By the end of 2004, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has reached more than 16 million.

    And every enterprise needs to do business, all need the information of potential customers to develop the market and make profits.

    In this way, every line of business needs our customers' information, but the intensity of demand is different.

    2) the market has great potential for development.

    More importantly, the information industry is in its initial stage (05 years), and will soon enter the period of rapid development (06, 07 years). The development prospect is good.

    This huge market demand and vacancy ensure the rapid development of the information industry in the next two years, which ensures that our business is more and more accepted by the market and more and more pactions.

    It also ensures our long-term interests and will not short-sighted projects.

    3) new industries and new products have fewer competitors and higher profits.

    Because this is invisible information product, it is a new potential industry, not many people have the vision to realize this huge business opportunity, so my competitors will be greatly reduced, and the profit rate will reach more than 800% per month.

    Unlike the traditional industry, no matter what everyone is trying to do: Chinese people like a nest of peaks, the market is rotten, no strategic vision.

    Because of the above reasons, it is a natural market opportunity to act on behalf of customer information.

    But I'm also worried: I can't do two thousand yuan on my body. Can I do such a project?

    The second step is to find the right products (preferably, low cost, profitable products).

    It is not feasible for me to invest in the traditional industries, because of the large amount of capital invested, the long payback period and the low returns.

    The information industry is completely solving the problem of starting a business with less capital, less fixed investment and less risk tolerance.

    As a professional information base operator, the "China business information database customer information base" brings together more than about 16000000 of the country's small and medium-sized enterprises. The low cost is in line with my low cost venture expectations. I will also help enterprises get the urgent customer information and make profits easier.

    But I realized at once that I had come from scratch.

    But I was immediately worried that the agency fee was very low (relative to the huge amount of data collation fee was not worth mentioning.), but is my operation cost high?

    Are marketing costs high?

    The third step is to adopt a low cost, effective and easy to operate marketing way.

    Taking into account our time, energy and economic costs, we need to make product marketing and communication with our customers in a more relaxed way: let us sit at the computer in front of our home to make the paction easily, or to communicate with our customers in the office idle time, or to complete the paction with our customers in our spare time.

    The network has brought many changes to business, and Internet marketing has also brought great convenience to us.

    All kinds of low cost marketing methods (including e-mail marketing, DM mode, telemarketing mode, etc.) provided by our company help us to deal with our customers more easily, and the cost is low. The contact with our target customers is far from that of traditional media.

    But I honestly didn't want to quit my job. I'm not sure.

    Business is like this. There is uncertainty and opportunity.

    So these marketing methods are most suitable for me to do part-time jobs, and all the costs are low and reasonable!

    Fourth steps: look at the current market opportunities, cut into the market quickly and get the first mover advantage.

    In the early July, I spent three days talking about the operation right of Dongguan with Chinese business information database. I am sure that this is a good opportunity. On the road of entrepreneurship, we should not worry too much about our gains and losses. We must take the opportunity to resolutely do it.
