In October of that year, Xu Chuan Hua borrowed 2000 yuan, and began to produce liquid soap with a large cylinder, an iron pan and several buckets under the guidance of a technician.

In 1988, Xu Chuan Hua rented 3 mu of land, built a factory building, installed boilers and embarked on the road of formal production.

That year, he went to a printing and dyeing plant in Shaoxing and learned that the oil was hard to clean. So he decided to develop high effective detergent and gave it to his son Xu Guan Ju.

From 1988 to 1990, Xu Guanju, in his humble laboratory, constantly turned over materials and experiments, and developed the "901" special deoiling spirit by virtue of his knowledge of chemistry in high school.

Later, this cleaning agent became the fist product of the Chuan Hua group, and also became the pioneer of "spreading" into textile auxiliaries and fine chemical industry.

Why did the group succeed today?

The person in charge of the company told us that without the care, support and encouragement of the local Party committee and government, there would be no suitable environment for the growth of the group.

In the late 80s of last century, there was still controversy about whether or not private enterprises should be developed.
