Entrepreneur Entrepreneurs Talk About Entrepreneurship
How to start a business?
What should we pay attention to?
What special experiences do you have in your own business?
On the afternoon of May 4th, the Forum on "urban economy and youth entrepreneurship" was held in Shun Geng hall.
Thousands of young people spent their holidays listening to scholars and entrepreneurs talking about the way of entrepreneurship.
This forum is sponsored by the China Urban Economic Association, the Communist Youth League Ji'nan Municipal Committee, the Ji'nan times and the Shandong Office of China Youth Entrepreneurship International Program (YBC).
Yang Zhongguang: entrepreneurship is an important force in urbanization. "Entrepreneurship is an important force in promoting China's urbanization process."
Yang Zhongguang, the first speaker, linked the city economy he studied with the theme of this forum's entrepreneurship.
Yang Zhongguang said that by the end of 2007, the urbanization rate of our country was 44.9%, which is 5 percentage points apart from the international urbanization rate of around 50%.
In the process of urbanization, entrepreneurship is an important driving force.
In recent years, more and more rural residents have entered the city in various ways. Some of them only come to work. Many of them have returned to the countryside. The other part has chosen to start their own businesses. Many of them have remained in cities for a long time, becoming an important force in urbanization, and will become an eternal power in the future.
On the other hand, cities are the basis of entrepreneurship.
Yang Zhongguang's analogy is that cities and entrepreneurs set up businesses like the relationship between harbours and small boats. Boats are inseparable from harbors. Cities provide a platform for entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship is difficult to leave the city.
Chart two: Zhang Che Wei: Deputy Director of the Institute of population and labor economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of labor and social security research center, Zhang Chewei, director of the center for labor and social security research: "school education, heavy employment, light business", "the employment situation of college graduates is grim. In the future, entrepreneurship will increasingly become an important supplement to the employment of university students. Unfortunately, all college education in China is aimed at employment rather than entrepreneurs, and college students can not get guidance and training from schools in entrepreneurship."
Zhang Chewei believes that the current social environment has not provided the necessary conditions for university graduates to start their own businesses, especially the lack of funds and credit support.
Some people think that too many college students lead to employment difficulties. I never think so. I think that the current employment of college students is a structural contradiction in the process of social development. It is temporary. Society should consciously create conditions to encourage college students to start their own businesses and help them solve the difficulties encountered in their business.
Zhang Chewei said.
Chart three: Ding Hongwei: YBC, Beijing office entrepreneurship tutor, chairman of Beijing Shengshi Wan run Technology Co., Ltd., Ding Hongwei, from the daily life, finding business opportunities, as a business mentor, Ding Hongwei has witnessed many entrepreneurs' arduous pioneering process. He thinks that there are three steps in starting a business: discovering business opportunities, demonstrating business opportunities and achieving business value.
In the process of entrepreneurship, it is undoubtedly the most important to find business opportunities.
Many entrepreneurs are finding business opportunities in their daily lives.
Ding Hongwei gave him an example of Entrepreneurship: a young couple in Zibo, Shandong can make shoes and sell shoes. They went to Beijing to start their own business, but they didn't get any improvement in the past one or two years. Later, two people finally discovered the problem by watching women wearing boots in winter streets. The fat women's legs were too thick, some boots did not fit in or put on too tight, but thin women wore boots and looked slack and not good-looking.
The couple decided to tailor personalized boots for women, and the business started to get better. Later, the couple launched the customized couple shoes and commemorative shoes, which were welcomed by consumers. At present, their venture projects have attracted the attention of international venture capital.
When the business opportunities are discovered, the second step is to demonstrate business opportunities. First entrepreneurs can make several business plans, and try to be considerate and perfect.
Ding Hongwei reminded entrepreneurs that in order to achieve business value, they should overcome their fears and start with the hardest things every day.
Chart four: Zhu Ziyong: general manager of Shandong Baicheng Tax Consulting Co., Ltd., Zhu Ziyong, "there are four principles in entrepreneurship." combining the entrepreneurial experience with Zhu Ziyong, we propose to adhere to the "four principles" for entrepreneurs.
Zhu Ziyong originally had a job that many people envied - tax department cadres, and then resigned and started business.
Zhu Ziyong said that entrepreneurship must first have a correct and healthy concept.
"Many people think that we are helping people to evade taxes. If we had embraced such entrepreneurial ideas, we might not have today."
Zhu Ziyong said, we are helping enterprises to pay taxes legally, which is an important reason that they are now recognized by many large enterprises.
The two is to properly handle the relationship with entrepreneurs and veterans.
Zhu Ziyong believes that when we talk about feelings and rationality, we need to have rules, but rules are often given to feelings.
Three is to be prepared for hard work.
Four is to learn continuously.
Zhu Ziyong said that when a person goes out of school, he wants to adapt himself to his work and needs a new knowledge system.
To start an enterprise is only to enable enterprises to grow from scratch. If the enterprise wants to continue to develop, entrepreneurs need to constantly add new knowledge to meet the needs of different stages of development.
Photo five: Zhu Chengrong: Chairman and general manager of Shandong Zhu Laidu Food Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhu Chengrong, from the laid-off women workers to tens of millions of assets, Zhu Chengrong, "I don't want to leave a pity for myself." a laid-off female worker ten years ago started from pedaling tricycles, selling sugar coated gourds and dumplings. The annual output value of the industry now has been over 100 million.
On this forum, Zhu Chengrong, the entrepreneurial leader from Yimeng old district, tells the ups and downs of her venture.
In 1997, Zhu Chengrong's Linyi blanket factory shut down as a whole, and she was laid off.
She wondered if she could help them find a way to earn money to support their families.
"I thought of the manpower tricycle I saw in the south, so I went to Hangzhou, Suzhou and other cities to make a circle."
After coming back, Zhu Chengrong took out 3000 yuan from his family and borrowed 50 thousand yuan from the bank with his house mortgage.
Relying on these costs, she went to the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for registration of the "Yun Da" tricycle rental company, and ordered 50 manpower tricycles from the south.
"Unexpectedly, a whole year and a half did not rent a car."
Zhu Chengrong said.
"Later, I found that the reason why rent is not going out is that everyone is afraid of meeting an acquaintance without face."
So, Zhu ran ran to the wholesale market to buy 50 sunglasses and sunshade hat, ready to issue to the driver.
At this very moment, several laid-off workers in a nearby factory are willing to give it a try.
In this way, Zhu Chengrong's business was finally opened.
"Everywhere I call my relatives, friends and classmates, I know all the people I know, just sit there when they see three rounds of rent.
These pedaling workers are happy to earn money when they come back in the evening.
The market has opened up.
When he passed through a village in Feixian County, Zhu Chengrong met an old man who was chopping hawthorn trees.
"It's really distressed to see a hawthorn full of trees and red branches."
The old man told her that Hawthorn could not be cut off even if it sold for 5 cents a kilogram.
Zhu Chengrong was soft at heart and said, "sell it to me!"
A few days later, two cars and more than 10000 kilograms of Hawthorn were pported to Zhu Chengrong's door.
"At that time I was worried. What can I do with so many Hawthorn?"
In desperation, she studied how to make Hawthorn every day.
After repeated experiments, Zhu Chengrong finally succeeded.
She also designed exquisite packaging and registered the trademark of Zhu Lao da.
On the first day of listing, she made 6000 custom colored balloons printed with the trademark of Zhu Lao da. She rented a booth at the door of a commercial building, and bought a sugar gourd to send a balloon.
Half an hour, more than 3000 sugar gourd were sold out.
The more foolish the thicker, the more thick and thick it is. "Zhu Chengrong" is not comfortable with the "Zhu Lao Da" sugar coated gourd.
One day, a friend found Zhu Chengrong and said that the flour mill he was faced with was in a difficult position for sale, and more than 300 of the workers were unable to eat enough.
After listening to Zhu Chengrong, he wondered if he could make flour that could not be sold into other products.
So Zhu Chengrong's first dumpling shop was born.
Subsequently, she opened 47 dumplings chain stores across the country.
At present, the output value of her sugar coated gourd industry is about 20000000 yuan a year, and the annual output value of dumplings and frozen dumplings is over 80 million yuan.
Looking back at the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, Zhu Chengrong said that the reason why she can persist to this day is that she always has a belief that she can not leave her regrets.
"People often say that lean and thin, the more refined the thinner, the more honest and honest, the thicker the more foolish."
Zhu Chengrong said, now his wish is to build a sunset red apartment for the elderly, so that the old red sisters in Yimeng mountain area can enjoy their old age and enjoy their old age.
