At present, fence net covers the life and consumption fields such as decoration, wedding, school bus, community, etc., and has branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou and other places. The sales volume has doubled for 5 consecutive years.
Zhang Guohua has told reporters that at present, hedge net has initially established a whole course consumption guidance, paction service and purchase guarantee system for the new generation family consumers.
However, the business model is not yet mature, and needs to be improved in terms of regional distribution, market share and the integrity of information provided to consumers. This is also the purpose of this financing.
It is reported that the financing will be used for e-commerce upgrading, business model improvement, and mergers and acquisitions of community and vertical e-commerce companies.
In terms of geographical coverage, cross region replication will be carried out.
Take East China as a base, accelerate the development to North China and Southern China area, take the first tier cities as the main coverage, and then cover the neighboring urban consumer groups.
At present, fence nets have been aiming at Ningbo, Wuxi, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places.
