If you are a master of law, will you choose to be a good lawyer in a big city or a village official in the countryside?

But in Luohe, Henan Province, there is such a master of law. When he came to a remote village known as a poor village, he became a village official.

Wang Hongbing, 37 years old, is the first Secretary of the Party branch of Mao Zhai village, Yuan Hui District, Luohe.

Wang Hongbing, a member of Huangchuan County, worked as a lawyer after graduating from university in 1991.

The mosquitoes fly in the garbage mountain, the bad smell is smoked, and the nearby villagers don't dare to open the window for cooking.

The "two committees" team of the previous village had wanted to move it, but at least 200 thousand yuan was estimated, and the village collective could not get the money at all.

Wang Hongbing repeatedly ran the municipal departments, coordinating two garbage trucks, and mobilized party members from the village to volunteer for more than 100 trips. Only 3 days later, the garbage dump was removed.

In order to realize the industry rich village, Wang Hongbing investigated and grasped the location advantages of the village's convenient pportation and close to the city's power plant. He decided to build Mao Zhai village industrial park on the remaining 130 mu of motor land in the village to realize the industrial strong village.

He made the best use of it: joint development with investors to solve the problem of insufficient construction funds; coordinated the city power plant to set up an electric power line for the industrial park, which not only guaranteed the power consumption of enterprises, but also offered a very favorable price; organized village cadres to take the initiative to organize procedures for enterprises, mobilize the obligation of the masses to take care of construction equipment for enterprises, and provide comprehensive services for enterprises to enter industrial parks.

Before the introduction, the company is a company that produces fine castings. Because of the lack of factories, the company has to rent houses.

After hearing the situation, Wang Hongbing took the initiative to contact the company. At present, the gross investment of Mao Zhai Industrial Park has reached 140 million yuan, which will create a tax revenue of about 1000000 yuan in the year and provide more than 600 jobs.

Wang Hongbing and the "two committees" of the village began to consider the public utilities and the welfare of the villagers.

Wang Hongbing made many efforts to coordinate funds, vehicles and labor, and repaired the 1800 meter long village main cement road, dredging the drainage ditch of 1600 meters.

The village also maintained a village primary school building, built a playground, implemented the road lighting project, and the working conditions of the village "two committees" have also been greatly improved.

All these did not raise funds or apportion a penny to the masses.

In view of the difficulty of seeing a doctor in the village, Wang Hongbing launched the "33 system" for the villagers to seek medical treatment, that is, the large amount of medical expenses of the villagers took 1/3 personally, the cooperative medical service reimbursed the 1/3, and the village collective burden was 1/3.

The village also implemented the sunset red project, the entire village over 70 years of age, the monthly payment of 50 yuan pension subsidies.

The "petitioners village", known as the "famous village" in the whole area, has become "civilized village", "rich village" and "harmonious village". The Party branch of Mao Zhai village has won many titles of five good grass-roots party organizations in Henan and the advanced grass-roots party organizations in the city.

Wang Hongbing also won the "outstanding party workers in Luohe" and "the ten outstanding young people in the source and sink area", and broke through the entrepreneurial development path of a master's college student village official.
