Liu Zhifeng: 9 Years Of Entrepreneurship Earned 300 Million Worth.
As a billionaire, Liu Zhifeng used to save small change and bring his parents back when he went back to his hometown in the countryside.
"I give my parents money, they don't want it."
Liu Zhifeng said, parents are traditional rural people, say nothing to live in the city to live with him, to parents change money is to let parents know that he usually does not spend money in disorder.
15 years ago, Liu Zhifeng left his rural home in Hang Jin banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, and went to the Erdos health school for secondary school. At that time, his parents told him that he would rather lose his own in the field than others.
His parents' instructions had a profound impact on his future business.
Because of the lack of economic strength, Liu Zhifeng can only survive in the cracks. Now, only 30 years old, he is the chairman of two large private enterprises, more than 300 million of his own, and more than 400 of his employees.
"My character is not suitable for being a doctor," he said.
He said that his parents allowed him to go to the health school and felt that the doctor could have enough to eat wherever he went.
In 1996, Liu Zhifeng came to see a coal plant in Baotou as a inspector when he graduated from technical secondary school. His idea was only to solve food and clothing problems.
Liu Zhifeng, who is strong and strong, has always been thinking about having his own business while solving the problem of food and clothing.
He chose his own familiar coal industry for the first time.
In 1998, Liu Zhifeng, 20, began selling coal from Ordos to Baotou. He was the youngest among all coal traders in Baotou.
Unable to get financial support from others, he personally escorted coal trucks to reduce pport costs.
"The driver is in two shifts, and I will push it alone."
He said, because there is no economic strength, we can only survive in the cracks, and earn less than twenty thousand yuan a year in hard work.
The project, which should have made a profit of about 200000 yuan, finally lost about 200000 pounds. In 1999, when Liu Zhifeng's initial business was in the doldrums, the economy of his hometown, Ordos, began to develop.
In a casual conversation, a friend told me that the products of Baotou aluminum industry were not sold, and the development of Ordos would require a large number of aluminum profiles.
As a result, he entered the Baotou aluminum industry in Ordos Distribution Department as a salesperson.
"I didn't get paid at that time, and my business commission was very poor. I didn't even have enough money to pay for it."
Liu Zhifeng said that when discussing business with customers, it was learned that aluminum profiles were more than twice as profitable as the sale of aluminum profiles.
It is a good prospect to build an aluminum door and window processing enterprise.
In October of that year, Liu Zhifeng opened a small aluminum door and window processing factory with 30 employees.
At the age of 22, he built his own industry for the first time. Because he was young and he didn't know how to manage, his staff waste materials and aluminum doors and windows had a high rework rate.
He made about 1500000 yuan in that year, but his business profit was much less than he expected.
In 2000, it was learned that no one had been processing and operating plastic steel doors and windows in Ordos City. Liu Zhifeng was keenly aware that after the plastic steel products were replaced by aluminum alloys.
In August of that year, he went to Shandong to order equipment and steel profiles, and returned to the guidance of technical personnel. In 15 days, he initially built a processing plant, and registered the Erdos City Yufeng decoration engineering company.
Through the old customers, he received a manufacturing and installation project of plastic doors and windows for building projects, but because he did not know the difference between the plastic steel doors and windows and the aluminum doors and windows, the plastic doors and windows were not filled with plastic strips, but the plastic steel doors and windows were much bigger than the aluminum doors and windows. The glass installed in the winter appeared cracks. After that year, we had to continuously change the glass for the project. We should have made a profit of about 200000 yuan, and at the end, we lost about 200000 yuan.
After he recombed several reasons for his failure in business, he firmly believed that he still had the ability to meet his needs. In 2001, it was the hot season of the plastic steel doors and windows market, and Yu Feng decoration engineering company went to the freezing point.
Competitors began to crack down on him, saying he had cut corners, lost his customers' trust, and had not received a single business for several months, and the company had a debt of more than 300 thousand yuan.
At this point, material suppliers and employees have blocked up debts, and the company has come to the brink of bankruptcy.
The first wave of the Shang Hai sea beat him up.
He plans to sell the company to pay his debts, but he has been away from advertising for a whole week.
He thought of entering another industry to start his own business. In 2002, he raised one hundred thousand yuan and contracted the largest ballroom in Ordos City.
Shortly after the opening of the dance hall, a fire broke out in a hotel in Hohhot. All the entertainment establishments in Inner Mongolia were conducting fire safety checks. The Fire Department of the ballroom was ordered to shut down because of the defective fireproof facilities in the ballroom.
In 2003, after several months of reflection, he recombed his own experience of entrepreneurial failure. He thought he was still a capable person, lacking good opportunities.
So he left Ordos and went to the surrounding cities to continue his old business and to engage in the installation and manufacture of plastic steel doors and windows.
It took Liu Zhifeng a year to get back to his feet and return to the Ordos City to repay the debts he owed, and there was a surplus of about 300000 yuan.
In 2004, he began to undertake real estate decoration works, and entered the fast lane since then.
In 2006, he founded Inner Mongolia Covey Building Equipment Co., Ltd. to operate central air conditioning and elevators, and began investing in real estate.
By 2007, the central air conditioning and elevators operated by Inner Mongolia Covey Building Equipment Co., Ltd. accounted for half of the Ordos market share.
This year, he invested 280 million yuan to build a green drink company in Inner Mongolia Industrial Park has entered the site selection stage, he is planning his new grand plan.
