Wu Zhiwen: first, I introduce myself to my friends: Wu Zhiwen: I am a very ordinary person. When I graduated in 2000, I was just in the period of the Internet bubble. I heard about K several K.

After the new year, I went back to school to revisit some knowledge, data structure, algorithm and so on.

Wu Zhiwen: by October 2000, I really can not stand that kind of day, no money, no thought, no goal, a confused person.
At that time, popular Internet technology, my classmate in Shenzhen, let me come to Shenzhen.
In the afternoon of no one's farewell, I was carrying a bag on my own. It contained all my own CD-ROM and technical information, and only three pieces of clothes were left, and the remaining more than 70 were on the train.
On the morning of the second day, he arrived at the Shenzhen train west station and got on the 204 bus to get off at Shanghai Hotel. The sea breeze all over the way was fishy and could not bear.
When I was crossing the Shanghai Hotel flyover, the CD-ROM in the bag fell out, and I didn't understand what was going on.
I stayed in Shenzhen for a long time, knowing that I had been stolen that day, but fortunately, I had no money in my bag.
When I arrived in Shenzhen, I only had more than 60 yuan in my pocket. I bought an IC card, and there were more than thirty pieces left.
Call my classmate, I am not here, I need to return to the office in the afternoon.
There was a Guilin rice noodle shop before SEG faced. I went to eat rice noodles, six yuan, and scared me. I ate six yuan in my hometown.
When I was waiting for my classmates on the grass floor in Huaqiang, maybe he was too tired to sleep on the roadside, so that I could not figure out myself.
But when I passed there, I found many people sleeping there.
After my classmates came, we went to their company together, and I couldn't touch the north for the first time in the senior office building.
Because of the National Day holiday and the pocket money, my classmates took me to their dormitory and squeezed with my classmates. This is not crowded. For two months, on the hot day, two big men were sticky and extremely uncomfortable. But fortunately, I have such a classmate.
On the second day, he gave me five hundred oceans. He was only more than 1000 points in salary at that time. He also met several people in the same dormitory. One of them had opened his own shop now.

Under my encouragement, I registered the domain name, website, let me make a simple website by myself, and then put some of the software products on sale. I think about selling software on the Internet every day, how to do a good job of website, how to publicize good website and how to improve the ranking. It was 2002, and Baidu was not famous.
I once wanted to develop software for myself, because it involves some image aspects, and I am not familiar with it, so I want to ask someone to help me write it.
I have met many friends in Tianji net, including CTO Li University in Tianji network, and C++, a famous jazzabbit in the sky. It is possible for two of them to look down on small items.
When it comes to the end, there is no result.
So I only write my own code. Maybe there is no pressure. I haven't had a few lines of code for three days, so I've been mixed up for a year.
At the end of 2002, Shenzhen suddenly checked the temporary residence permit. Everyone had to go to the photo studio to take temporary residence permit. I helped the company write a photo software for temporary residence permit, and sold the equipment together, which made a lot of money. At that time, I regretted not having done it myself, but the wages my company gave me was also rising.
By 2003, the company began to involve foreign trade, all brought about by the Internet.
This makes me fully understand that the network is well used and has unlimited potential.
At the back, when the boss made money, he stopped thinking like us. He thought about the way to buckle up our money. I couldn't understand why every boss made the best man off after making money.
After I came out, I realized that the most competent person in a small company will become the biggest competitor in the future.
After spending six months with my boss, I resigned voluntarily. The main reason was that I had already paid off all debts of myself and family.
At that time, I had only one idea, that is, I had to start my own business. In the following year, I had to start my own business, no matter what the result was.
After the resignation, will you start your business immediately?
Wu Zhiwen: No, the first thing I thought of was my home, because I knew it was very difficult, so after I resigned, I immediately opened all the money in my pocket and set up a photo studio at home to take care of my family, so that I didn't need to send money to my home and save my worries.
Only later did I know that this is the most correct approach.
My parents at home are sick, and I have no worries in this photo studio to keep my family at home.
Ark: a red heart is prepared, but what preparations have you made before you start?
Wu Zhiwen: No, it's a little reckless now.
After I returned to Shenzhen from my hometown, I lost my direction and I didn't know what to do. At the same time, I rented a house and perfected the photo software I used to make in my company every day. For a whole month, I kept myself in the room every day, thinking what I wanted to start, and thought a lot of ways, including the very short message sending software.
But these ideas were rejected by myself, and I was really confused at that time.
The ark: only thinking, not knowing what to do, many people do this. How did you start?
Wu Zhiwen: it started with a phone call.
A former customer called me and asked me to look at the latest two generation of ID cards and ask if I could make software.
When I went to see it, I found it was a big market. So I began to do the two generation card collection system at once. There was no day and night in the next day, and only more than 10 hours in the middle. When the product was not perfect, five sets had been set up.
But I didn't even have the money to buy a pet dog. I asked my friend to borrow it. Now I remember, I was really poor at that time, but I was happy to think about it.
Unfortunately, I made a wrong offer at that time, and I quote the two generation card collection system for only 400 yuan, and I have a unified price.
Maybe I can see it's hard to make money in a small shop.
In the next year, I sold more than 300 sets, did not do a penny advertising, are friends introduced.
I was very happy at that time, but later I found that the price was too low, which brought negative effects.
Because the price is too low, people doubt that your software can not be used, because other companies quoted more than more than 3000 at that time.
Even if the price is low, customers will still bargain with you.
After a year, I learned that a product must be sold in two different editions. At different prices, a price must be reported much higher. People's consumption psychology is really weird.
2004 I made a lot of money in one year, but in the end, I found that I was still struggling alone, and it was nothing at all. During the Spring Festival, I kept reflecting on this problem, and finally attributed it to my own sense of small farmers.
It seems that you have gone through many detours in the early days of your business, but there are many traps in the shopping mall. Have you ever met?
Wu Zhiwen: Yes, in 2005, there were quite a few people in the Public Security Bureau, and the other companies were looking for me, so that I could help them do all kinds of two generation of certificate schemes.
It was they who made it. Without my share, I found that all of them were deceived, and there was a Public Security Bureau in the middle. I was asked to collect the two generation of card photos in a district, so that I could benefit from it. The result was a treat, dinner, play, and red envelopes, which used 5W for more than 5W.
This year I only understood one. I will never do business in the future after doing business.
The official business has absolutely no money.
Maybe I am too paranoid, actually because I am a small business can not do [FS:PAGE].
In May of 2005, I opened my present partnership with my friend, the Shenzhen Sino Philippine Technology Co. Ltd., which has two directions. The first software business is the use of the two generation card collection system and some new ideas to develop new software, and the second IT outsourcing, because my friends and I have their own customers. After integration, they are complementary.
The ark: now we are talking about outsourcing. Can you tell me about your experience of outsourcing?

This project has lasted for three years without any result.
