American Millionaire'S Venture Capital
I often wonder when I talk with people who want to start their own business.
When asked about my experience as an entrepreneur, they would say, "you are really lucky," or "winning in business competition must be great."
Such an assessment will make me laugh because they are too inappropriate.
It has nothing to do with luck.
As for commercial competition, the difference is that it is more intense than ever.
This is why I want to share the real situation of being an entrepreneur.
First, I give a negative: at the end of each day, I will not sell my present situation for other choices. I am grateful for what I can really love.
But becoming an entrepreneur is not an easy and carefree career path as many people think.
The opposite is true.
When everything is put into your business, including your time, money, passion and creativity, you will go to the edge of confusion.
When you start working at home, or your partner or family member works with you, it means that you rarely leave your office at least on the spiritual level.
The hardships that I have to face is the beginning of the difficult realities of Entrepreneurs: 1. is under pressure.
If you think a deadline or a request given by a boss is very tricky, you try to achieve your own, especially when your savings are not sustainable.
You may have started subprime loans, and your credit cards have been exploded.
Or you may borrow money from your family or friends, and you have been urged to pay back as soon as possible.
This pressure will light up the fire in the heart of even the most lazy character.
Not only will you feel the pressure to start your business, you will also feel that this additional pressure can help you to fix your financial problems so quickly.
2. will never end.
Yes, working for others is always ingratiate. You know that your skills and wisdom finally help others earn a big ticket.
But in most jobs, when you go home to enjoy family life, stay with friends or be intoxicated with your hobbies, you can leave your work behind.
For an entrepreneur, the pressure of work is huge, especially at the beginning when you are CEO, CFO, HR, salesperson, marketer, technician, office manager and doorman.
Of all these roles, you rarely feel that your work has been completed.
There are always more things waiting for you to do.
For example, to investigate new markets, to write documents, to contact new media, to give coldcall to new distributors, to develop new products, and so on.
These will swallow up your time with your family, consume your entertainment activities, keep fit activities and relax time.
This is an intractable balance.
3. is highly volatile.
Maybe you will cooperate with someone you are not really interested in.
Or you may receive products that you want to use second days before the exhibition, which is found to be damaged.
Or you have been preparing for many days of media interviews because of a natural disaster.
As entrepreneurs, this is a very common occurrence.
(I am speaking from my experience, all of which happened to me.)
The truth is, you never know what's going on around the corner. When you have planned and spent time on product development, you may have great twists and turns. Finally, you find that all you can do is to repair those boxes that are damaged in pit.
Why do people want to be an entrepreneur?
Will anyone else think so?
The answer is simple: the positive side has overcome the negative side: 1., it pays off.
When you succeed, you get double rewards from wealth and spirit.
It's more comforting to see products that you've worked hard to build on shelves, or when you see a successful service for an important customer, nothing feels better than that.
It's exciting to get a sale or win a new client through your hard work.
When customers tell you that your products, services or samples have changed their lives, how gratifying it is.
Of course, earning a profit and knowing that your business is financially stable is also a great reward.
2. flexibility.
When you work for yourself, you naturally feel that you will no longer work in the traditional nine to five environment.
I believe this is due to flexibility.
Yes, you can work longer, but you can decide for yourself.
You can stop working at 3 p.m. and pick up children at school without having to ask the boss for permission.
You can work from property till 4 in the morning, if you are a night owl.
When you are the boss, you give orders. This new freedom is enjoyable.
3. this is an opportunity to create.
Many entrepreneurs create great things, help others, or get rid of something driven by demand.
Maybe this is a business that allows your child to grow and participate.
Maybe this kind of thing will stay in the world after you leave the world.
No matter what your motivation is, creation from scratch and years of business are like raising children.
This is your child. Your nurturing has brought him to such a successful position now.
This sense of satisfaction is different from most other career paths.
Mom Inventors, a group of American mothers, found inspiration from their daily household chores and invented some practical household products.
For these "mother inventors", their invention laboratory is their home.
The company they founded is called "mother inventor".
The founder of "Mom inventor" is Tamara Monosoff, a family woman in San Francisco.
Monosoff's eldest daughter, Sophia, liked to tear a large volume of paper when she was in the toilet at [FS:PAGE] world entrepreneurship laboratory when she was little. She often blocked the potty basin and made Monosoff helpless. Sophia
Monosoff can't buy the right tools in the shop, and finally, he invented the "toilet paper economizer" with plastic pipes and rubber bands, and applied for a patent.
Monosoff set up a "mother inventor" company to bring housewives' housework inventions to the market.
In Ohio, a mother named Jennifer Sarahan, who has three children, has been trying to remove the hard wrapping from sandwiches everyday. This experience has prompted her to invent a "good taste" for a special bread crust.
In the main product of the "mother inventor", there is also a "shoe identification assistant", which is a sticker for children's shoes, which can help children distinguish left and right feet.
Nowadays, more and more women's businesses are sprung up in private enterprises in the United States.
Many companies, like the "Mom inventor" company, are the birth products that balance the needs of family expenses and the creative needs of individuals.
