Liu Qingfeng: I Do Not Encourage College Students To Start Their Own Businesses.

What kind of experience and feelings do you have in the less than ten years of development?

Liu Qingfeng: at the end of 1999, I was still studying at the University of science and technology. I worked with 5 students from the University of science and technology to develop the first Chinese computer that can listen to and speak.

Now nearly ten years have passed.

Looking back, there are three main points of understanding about college students' entrepreneurship.

First of all, we met a good time.

These years are the best and fastest times for China's economic development. The whole era and social environment are encouraging young people to stand out.

We can say that we are a very lucky generation. In the past few years, I have deeply felt the support of the Party committee and the government. Many of the sun shines on us, and many of them are sprinkled on us. The State encourages innovation and social tolerance fails.

At the beginning of that year, a group of university students were only interested in technical expertise and entrepreneurial enthusiasm, and how to pform scientific and technological achievements into products and how to pform products into commodities. At that time, we had no idea and came from all walks of life to support and help us successfully accomplish these two steps.

There is also a deep understanding that it is necessary to be prepared for an entrepreneur and must have the courage to persist.

When we started our business in 1999, we were full of passion. But at that time, we were too optimistic. In fact, we should make good use of a new high technology so as to create the proper value for the society. We must prepare ourselves for falling down and getting up again.

Looking back on the entrepreneurial process, I believe that after ninety-nine failures, the success will surely come true.

A firm will is too important for one's life.

We have some very good research results around us, which have not made it industrialized. The key is that scientific and technological personnel are expecting too much of the benefits they produce. Moreover, in the process of implementation, they encounter hesitation and retreat.

The third thing is that young people must have a lofty ideal to start their own businesses. With this ideal, we should unite a group of entrepreneurs and achieve success with collective strength.

Nowadays, the industry competition is very cruel. In today's intelligence intensive environment, if we want to succeed in business, we must first have a good leader, a good CEO, and then build a team with complementary advantages to attract some strategic shareholders' alliance with an open mind.

Among them, an open mind is very important.

The unforgettable time: the "star working group" of more than ten people in the world. There will be many setbacks in the ten years of starting a business. Let's talk about one of your deepest setbacks.

Liu Qingfeng: it should be said that no matter at the beginning or at the beginning of the business, frustration and pressure always exist.

The most difficult period was the years from the end of 1999 to the break even in 2003. The huge pressure of business has been troubling me. Shareholders have invested so much money, and the society has given so much support, but they never see the benefits. Therefore, some people argue that these young people will not do anything, nor can they do anything.

As time goes on, more and more arguments become more and more pressure. It may not be difficult to withstand the pressure of one month or two months. But for three whole years, we have stuck to our teeth and persevered.

In 2004, we finally began to earn money and the doubts of all parties were eliminated.

In the early days of the most memorable pioneering work, the company even had to borrow the factory before it was melted into the first capital.

More than a dozen of us rented 10 square meters of cottages in Hefei Xiyuan District, unable to afford air conditioners.

In such an environment, we work until three or four at night every night. When we go to bed, we can see stars all over the window. In order to commemorate this difficult and unforgettable time, we name the development unit of the product we developed, the star working group, and leave the memory of this difficult life in the product logo.

Don't start a business venture: reporter: as a successful example of a college student's pioneering work, you can talk about some suggestions for the current university students' entrepreneurship by your experience.

Liu Qingfeng: from the big tone, I encourage university graduates to start their own businesses, but they do not encourage college students to start their own businesses.

Unless you really have unstoppable entrepreneurial impulse and excellent opportunities, do not start a business to start a business.

College students should focus on their studies, lay a good foundation for the future society, accumulate more knowledge, and not rush to give up your long-term life plan for some small profits.

Before we start a business, we should prepare ourselves for three aspects: first, we need to know what you want to do.

Identify your industry direction with attractive goals; second, what do you do?

What is your route?

Professional companies rely on strategy to win.
