Entrepreneurship Has Learned To Be Strong.

In April 2005, in order to get angry and impulsive for a while, he left his factory after quarrelling with his uncle.

The factory was opened by my uncle. He had a factory in Qingdao and a factory in Dongguan.

The factory in Dongguan was built by me when I was in the summer school of grade two in secondary school. I thought I could help him to remember it.

At that time (July 2002), a worker, a worker, did not find a factory, buy equipment, buy things, install equipment, recruit workers, and so on. At the very beginning, it was done by a single person. Even when the workers started thinking about the iron bed they had installed, they had done a whole summer vacation. By the afternoon of August 30th, when I waited for the last batch of machines to be installed and debugged, I put them in the school bus at eight p.m. after I handed them over to the newly recruited factory director.

In December, when the school started arranging for students to practice outside, I failed to ask the school to arrange internships. I went back to my uncle's factory and started to enter the factory. Because I didn't know anything, I began to do it from the cashier. I had done the job of cashier, bookkeeping, tracking, business and factory director in three years. I learned a lot from it, but I didn't have a pleasant journey. There were also many setbacks, but it still came to an end. Until the 04 that happened in April, I left the first enterprise since the school gate.

What happened and who was right or wrong was not important in my eyes in 06 September, nor was it right or wrong.

When I first came out, I thought of the scene when I first started helping myself to open the factory, and when I looked at my own way out of the factory door, I thought it was not worth it.

After leaving the factory, I was confused and I didn't know what I could do and what I could do.

After finding a hotel near the factory for two days, he bought a ticket to Qingdao and arrived in Qingdao.

After he arrived in Qingdao, he had nothing to do, and he stayed in my brother's house. He opened a small company in Qingdao and started trading.

I want to stay here for a while to see that brother means that I go to him to help, but I think that the two brothers are going to split up sooner or later. They haven't been to him yet. They have been visiting Qingdao for some good projects, but they haven't found it for half a year. Later, I went to my brother to run business, but I didn't work for him.

This is probably my brother's sympathy for me.

But because of the unfamiliar city I came to Qingdao, running a business is not easy, and it is hard to do well.

But in order to live and to keep my old parents from worrying, I have been very persistent.

In May of 06, half a year passed, and business began to pick up. So, we opened up a small factory to find a brother.

In the early May, it was labor day on May 1, and others were on vacation. But for me, the small factory began to come to everything. On that day, I flew to Guangzhou and began to learn craft and technology. (at that time, we couldn't afford to afford it, because we could not afford it), because on May fifteen, the machine was coming, and I went to bed every day from seven o'clock a.m. till eleven p.m. in order to compete. In addition to eating two meals, there was nothing in the middle, so I learned it in eight days when I learned things in two or three months.

The machine came back from Guangzhou. When I opened the factory, my brother and I measured business. At the beginning, he was outside our main office. So when I came back, the factory workers and the workers were all done well, so we installed the machine in two days, and we began to put into production.

It's not all smooth sailing. I've just learned how to start with technology, but the lack of practice and experience has made me more and more troublesome at the beginning. Because of the lack of funds, I just want to get out of the ground every day. I can only make up for my lack of experience through time and diligence.

I work in factories every day for fifteen or six hours, and I grope with workers every day for two hours. I can get started with my hands, and the workers can let go.

However, it is the quality and delivery period, because it is a small factory, it can not do much, but it can only be put out, but the two factories are definitely different. There are two kinds of goods in a batch of goods. The customers must have some opinions. The problem of the time of delivery which is accompanied by the quality of the two products has appeared again.

Sometimes there is no way to deliver goods, or there is no way to solve the two kinds of goods. I think there is a feeling of not wanting to be a man. This pain is not borne by my age, but there is no way to live.

It's the factory's biggest fear that we can't keep up with the business of the company. We are also the same. After three months of opening the factory, there is a hard off-season in our industry.

This brings me a fatal blow to the person who has just started my business. I think I can survive this time. When is the off-season? I think when the off-season is over is one thing. It's not something that individuals can control. It's just to add strength to oneself and make efforts to get more done.

[Page] I think I don't care how long my business can go, or whether I succeed or fail. It's all right. What's important is that on this venture, I know the difficulties of entrepreneurs, and the things that entrepreneurs have to face, and the responsibilities that entrepreneurs have to pay.

I think I will be strong enough to take this road.
