Many people are familiar with the Eurasian music industry. It is not only the largest and largest instrument chain in Chengdu, but also has direct shops in Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing in Sichuan.
And the president of this large chain of musical instruments is Zhong Linhua, who is sitting on the opposite side of the journalist, who is modest and has passed away.
There is a twists and turns of stories behind every successful entrepreneur, and Zhong Linhua is no exception.
Zhong Linhua's history of entrepreneurship is the history of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the prosperity of private enterprises at the turn of a century.
Before 1996, Zhong Linhua was responsible for the instrument store in Chengdu department store.
At that time, it was a dream for many people to work in state-run units, especially in the department store of Chengdu, which was much better than usual. But Zhong Linhua did not think so.
When he worked in the instrument shop for many years, he found that the sales mechanism of the company was not flexible.
Soon, some state-run units began to go downhill.
Zhong Linhua, who once had a hunch, resigned resolutely and decided to become a boss himself and set up an instrument bank with his own experience and resources.
The decision can be swift, but it is difficult to find a solution. The most difficult part is the capital problem.
In the middle of 90, personal loan business had not yet been launched. Zhong Linhua had to borrow money from relatives and friends everywhere, but the funds were still not enough.
Zhong Linhua, who was forced to resign from his parents for a long time, only told his parents about this after one month's resignation and borrowed 30 thousand yuan from his parents.
Thus, in 1996, in the East Wing Street of Yanshikou, the Eurasian music court, which was only 20 square meters, was born.
Zhong Linhua said that when he started his own business, he still remembered as though he had just happened yesterday.
It can be imagined that the experience of 12 years ago is so engraved on the mind that if it did not resign at that time, it would be a bubble.
The pformation from retail to wholesale in Chengdu was almost zero at that time. People bought musical instruments to go to the Chengdu department store, but the instruments there were expensive, and there were few varieties.
When Zhong Linhua opened his own line, he saw great business opportunities in the market, but he was unhappy because he was not familiar with the factory and was difficult to introduce new musical instruments.
In addition to being the first to open the door and go home at the latest, Zhong Linhua had to go to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou alone to find manufacturers.
"Introducing varieties and expanding domestic demand" is the best policy at that time, and Zhong Linhua now thinks his judgment is correct.
In such a few rounds of running back and forth, qin line has introduced more and more new varieties.
Zhong Linhua's business is booming, but he is not satisfied with the retail of musical instruments.
He decided to change his way of doing business.
"The market is the survival of the fittest, and it can't always be in one place."
Doing retail alone is not the way Zhong Linhua wants to do business.
So he began to run the two grade market. Besides Chengdu, he went to many cities and counties in the province, visited local customers, and began to make musical instruments wholesale.
Sichuan's piano market was taken by him.
But then Zhong Linhua began to carry out his new goals and enter Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing.
Now, he has 4 stores in Kunming, and the musical instrument market in Guiyang and Chongqing is also being explored.
In the third years after the resignation of state organs, Zhong Linhua contracted the instrument cabinet of the Chengdu department store.
Under his management, the sales of musical instruments here improved rapidly.
It was not until last year that he quit all sales in Chengdu department store.
Now, the sales of electronic keyboard musical instruments in Eurasia are the biggest in Southwest China, and guzheng sales are also ranked first in Southwest China.
When asked about the biggest feeling of entrepreneurship over the past decade or so, Zhong Linhua said without hesitation, "diligence and perseverance are important."
When the musical instrument industry was established, Zhong Linhua was both a boss and a financial person, and also a sales and purchasing agent.
He did not work hard and would not succeed; he did not persist and lost his chance.
Only when we persist in the end can we become bigger and stronger. "When asked if there are any opportunities, Zhong Linhua said," my opportunity is to do earlier, and the market space is bigger.
But the most important thing in my success is my own diligence and persistence.
Zhong Linhua is optimistic about the future of the instrument market.
"With the economic growth and the improvement of people's living standards, the cultural needs of the spiritual level will be correspondingly raised."
