Shandong Fei Tai Textile Co., Ltd. has gone through a similar way to many cotton spinning enterprises: asset reorganization, personnel integration, scale expansion and product structure adjustment.
Since its establishment in 2003, the company has grown and expanded from 70 thousand spindles to 180 thousand spindles.

Speaking of these topics, general manager Xu Shaolin has a deep feeling.
Fei Tai textile is a joint-stock company registered to purchase the bankrupt assets of the former Shenxian cotton textile mill. At the very beginning of its establishment, it was faced with the situation of "waste to catch up".
After several years of hard work, it finally took a place in the market.
2007 was a year when the company changed its position. "The company put forward the concept of low cost, high quality and differentiated production and operation."
Xu Shaolin said.
According to this idea, Fei Tai has adjusted the product structure, and the yarn has changed from low to high. The leading products of the company are 80, 100, 106, 120, 140 cotton combed yarn, slub yarn and FDY core yarn respectively.
In order to meet production needs, Fei Tai has made great efforts to update the equipment.
The company has invested 40 million yuan to eliminate and update 8 sets of home-made efficient combing equipment. In the front spinning workshop, 30 new high-speed drawing frames and 18 high-speed roving machines have been newly upgraded, and the dynamic drafting of 96 spinning frames has been reformed, the spinning ring of 114 spinning frames has been updated, 30 30 grooved drum electronic clearer has been rebuilt in the post spinning workshop, and 20 sets of doubling twisters have been added.
At the same time, the company's new product research and development center also came into being.
According to market trend, R & D center has developed some forward-looking new varieties, such as soybean protein fiber, bamboo fiber, milk fiber, modal, slub yarn, spandex core spun yarn and so on.
In 2008, the textile enterprises are facing a severe test as a whole, and Fei Tai is no exception.
"Now the overall efficiency of cotton spinning enterprises is declining, and our situation is also very difficult. The main task at present is to stabilize and improve the quality of products and win customers with high quality.
At the end of last year, Fei Tai brand cotton yarn was awarded the title of national inspection free product. We are taking this opportunity to vigorously develop the product quality campaign of "safeguarding the reputation of exemption products from me".
At the same time, we will also increase the speed of the vehicle, reduce the operating cost and expand the profit space by increasing the unit area yield, which is a breakthrough we are looking for.
Xu Shaolin said.
At present, Fei Tai Ke produces 500 tons of cotton yarn per month and achieves sales income of more than 2000 yuan. The indicators show that the operation of the company is healthy.
But Xu Shaolin often reminds his management team: "we should always have a sense of urgency and trepidation. We have fierce competition among enterprises. No matter which links are out of the question, we may be able to cause disaster."

When talking about the development strategy of enterprises, Xu Shaolin especially mentioned the construction of enterprise culture.
According to him, 2008 is the year of flying Tai's corporate culture construction.
"The establishment of a distinctive corporate culture is the next step of the company's work, because if an enterprise wants to become an evergreen tree, there must be something inherent to inherit it."
In Xu Shaolin's view, corporate culture is to establish a harmonious and healthy relationship between the upper and lower colleagues and colleagues, so that everyone can work with a sense of responsibility, a sense of accomplishment and a sense of happiness. This is the internal foundation for the vigorous development of enterprises.
