The reasons are: first, the local textile enterprises are basically state-owned enterprises. In order to maintain social stability and retain the existing textile workers, they prefer to lose money or to turn off the car. Two, the textile industry expects that the Canton Fair to be held in the near future will bring benefits to the textile enterprises' sales situation.

Due to the current sales situation is not optimistic, funds can not be returned to normal, procurement can not be satisfied, so the local textile enterprises raw materials inventory has dropped to a new low since 2008, individual textile enterprises difficult, raw material inventory is only 7-15 days.
