    Enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities, such as creating wealth for the society, adding happiness to users, seeking benefits for employees, winning profits for shareholders, and paying taxes for the state. This is the consensus of enterprises and society.



    But we also see that there are many misunderstandings in the society, such as corporate philanthropy, that enterprises can donate more in their own capacity and do their best.

    As a result, some enterprises are doing a great job outside charity, and the public image of enterprises is singing all the way. However, the internal management of enterprises is chaotic, products are fake and inferior, consumers are harmed, and the physical and mental health of the masses is affected. What is the charitable and public interest significance?



    It is wrong to engage in "charity with ulterior motives" when the most basic business responsibilities are not well done.

    As a business person, I would like to mention this idea, first of all, to examine myself: when charitable donations are made, the quality of the products must be done first.

    Charity is the right thing to do, but in turn it should be strict with the family: is there any problem in the hygiene, health and quality of our products?

    If there are problems, the most I donated is to make up for my sins.

    Where can it be set up as a pacesetter by the business community?

    In the past, several factories in our company had collected donations for employees whose families were sick. The company knew that they would make up for them, for example, the workers raised ten thousand yuan and the company gave twenty thousand.

    Although the company subsidized and went deep into the crowd, I felt that the employees needed more than just a simple donation.

    During the Spring Festival, I visited my employees' home. I saw that some old people's feet were swollen to wear shoes. Some of them needed to be looked after in bed.

    The most touching scene was in a staff member's home. Her husband died of illness. The workmates of the company came to see her comforting her with their children. They said they often came to visit their family after their accident. Then they said that anyone in our company should have difficulties. Everyone should take the initiative to care for the initiative. This is the spirit of our company.

    They said that my face was red. How much did the company do?

    The company is very passive. Only when the factory or department has donated money is it called "donation patch" again, though it is much more than the employees, but it is far from enough.



    After visiting the staff, I blamed myself for several days.

    They are all good employees who have worked in their company for so many years, but I do not know the pain of the grass-roots employees.

    So when I came back, I immediately convened a meeting of senior cadres of the company, saying that our external donation plan was carried out, and internal charity work was launched immediately, and three systems were set up for this purpose:



    First, the "big politics" system: senior executives must take the lead in giving money, and the trade unions regularly make a thorough investigation of the families who need to donate to their families.

    If no donation is made, a list of "uncaring blacklists" will be included in the evaluation of senior executives.



    The two is the difficult "reporting" system: which family needs financial assistance to report.

    As a matter of fact, even if employees are in trouble, they will not talk about it. One is embarrassed to say that they have difficulties at home. On the other hand, I am sorry to bother others.

    But his workers know that we can only expand the scope of funding through this way.



    The three is to set up a foundation and form a system.

    Every difficult employee can apply directly to the foundation if he reaches the funding requirement.

    After that, the company calculates a percentage of its profits every year, and then mobilize senior and senior companies to participate in it, so that all employees of the company can improve their material income and form a culture of mutual help and charity.



    We should honestly fill in the homework of "internal charity", which is also worthy of hard work for the development of the company.

    Only when our own employees have the ability to finance, can we form a strong charity team in order to give greater returns to society.
