This year's textile industry in Xinjiang will focus on the two leading industries and achieve the goal of Xinjiang's rapid and sound textile development.
This year, the textile industry in Xinjiang has identified a new target of increasing industrial added value by more than 18% and achieving profitability. It is proposed that the key projects with cotton spinning and chemical fiber as the main items should be carefully constructed, and the industrial production and efficiency can be promoted by project construction, and the development will be accelerated. The cotton spinning capacity will be increased by more than 300 thousand tons and the viscose glue will be more than 150 thousand tons per year.
Conforming to the trend of ever-increasing demand for textiles and changing demand structure at home and abroad, the new and high efficiency cotton textile processing equipment will be adopted this year to increase the production capacity of "three no one essence", that is, no roll, no joint yarn, no shuttle cloth, combed yarn, and improve the quality and grade of the products. At the same time, we must carry out effective industrial docking with the textile processing enterprises in the mainland to extend the industrial chain.
Focusing on the development of man-made fibers, the chemical fiber industry will further intensify the development of new products, strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction and make comprehensive use of resources, actively develop the Central Asian cotton lint market, stabilize the supply of raw materials, and steadily increase economic returns. This year's key projects include the 100 thousand tons of viscose production line of Manasi Shun Quan chemical fiber company, the 50 thousand ton viscose production line of Manasi Australia ocean technology company, the 50 thousand ton viscose production line of Shawan Silver Eagle Industrial and Trading Company, the 100 thousand ton viscose production line of YOUNGOR's flyer company, YOUNGOR's 200 shuttleless loom project, the Xinjiang 70 thousand 70 thousand spindles cotton yarn production line, Xinjiang's Bole mutual benefit company's 50 thousand ton cotton spinning production line and the Tiansheng company's 250 thousand spindles cotton spinning production line, and strive to start production as soon as possible, and see the benefits early.
