Recently, at the ceremony of the third batch of grant grants in Huaxian, Guo Sanping's twelve zodiac shoes received 4000 yuan subsidy and became the biggest beneficiary of this grant.
This year, Guo Sanping, 36 years old, is an ordinary farmer in Guzhen, Huaxian. She grew up with a passion for handwork. The hand-made children's shoes are not only vivid but also well ventilated, and are popular with the masses. The products are always in short supply. Since the product was not patented, many of the products she designed were copied and copied by others. With the help of Huaxian science and Technology Bureau and Huaxian inventions Association, Guo Sanping realized the role of patent application in a timely manner, and declared his invention product to be a national patent.
It is reported that since 2004, there are more than 100 inventions patented in Huaxian, like Guo Sanping, and 145 projects have been funded, and the amount of subsidy is 76 thousand yuan.
Through policy guidance, organizational promotion, financial support and popularization of knowledge, from 2004 to 2007, Huaxian applied for 272 patents and authorized 151 pieces, and bred a group of folk inventors represented by farmers inventors such as Li Guanqi and Zhang Xihuai, and ranked 20 in the province's patent applications for three consecutive years.
