The Largest Folk Costume Museum In Central China Is Officially Opened.

The museum will be open to the public free of charge at 11 a.m.

Among the many beautiful exhibits, twelve emperors in the Qing Dynasty Jiaqing year, the Ming Huang, the five color gold dragon, and the Dragon Robe, attracted many visitors to stop and watch.

According to the briefing, the Dragon Robe was collected from Shanghai's Cambridge East Road costumes Museum. It was airlifted from Shanghai to Wuhan yesterday.

In addition, the museum has set up a weaving and embroidery interactive area at the embroidery hall. Two women who are dressed in traditional Miao costumes have performed weaving and embroidery on site, attracting many visitors.

According to the introduction, the museum's 1000 square meters exhibition area is divided into 5 blocks, the clothing culture hall of the past dynasties, the gowns Hall of Qing Dynasty, the hall of nationalities, the Li nationality hall and the embroidery hall.

The museum contains the Royal costumes including the moon white silk, the colored dragon, the golden dragon pattern, the Dragon Robe, the stone green land, the golden Naxi embroidery, the golden dragon, the colored cloud, the grain and so on, and the genuine embroidery of the more than 30 ethnic groups of the Yi, Naxi, Bai and Miao Nationalities.
