Fan Xinjiang disclosed that the Sun Village town Party committee and the government have designated 2008 as Sun Village's "industrial upgrading year". Fan Xinjiang believes that efforts should be made to forge enterprisers' inner strength, enhance and enrich the connotation of Sun Village clothing industry, and improve the quality of local entrepreneurs, personnel training, technological cooperation, technological innovation, brand innovation and nurturing leading enterprises, so as to enable a group of enterprises to have their own leading products and brands and grasp more initiatives in market competition.
